Only 130 million shares here unlike some aim companies with billions, when this moves it will be frantic trying to get in.As someone said here he/she would rather ffwd would keep leap gaming, just can,t see that happening given the track record of the major players.

GVC released an RNS today confirming the JV with MGM. GVC which is a FT 100 Company with a Market Cap of £6.6 Billion was UP 5.4% today.

I have been looking at some of the figures in a BBC report about the Merger of Paddypower Betfair and FanDual. I am coming up with a value of £375 Million for FanDual.
It would indicate that Leap Gaming could get a bid at many times its current value as the Virtual Gaming part of a Mega deal.

The Sunday Times Business section is also running the Ladbrokes (GVC)story. It gives the background of online betting starting to be allowed in the US. It also mentions that in the same month Paddypower Betfair have agreed to buy Fantasy sports league operator FanDual. They say this FanDuel deal is likely to pressure William Hill into a similar partnership.
Leap is already involved with GVC who may perhaps consider a bid?
Interesting times ahead and the only way to get exposure is via FFWD!

That’s big news.. the GVC deal. The reason GVC long time customers of Leap and ...FFWD BOD member was also BOD member of GVC up until January this year. He also created and sold BWIN to GVC.
Interestingly GVC signed a partnership in Italy with BWIN and Greentube in Italy last month. Greentube also a customer of Leap. Italy is interesting because IMG have just acquired all the worldwide rights for Serie A. IMG are strategic partners of Leap..any circles being completed for anyone yet?

Potentially big news breaking for Leap Gaming. Sky News and other agencies are reporting “Ladbroke hits $200 Million jackpot in US sports betting frenzy. The alliance could pave the way for a £20 billion merger of GVC Holdings and the worlds biggest casino operator.
As we know GVC has extended its agreement with Leap Gaming rolling out virtual sport content. Looks like a very good situation for Leap Gaming.

The volume today is insignificant and accounts for the drift down in the share price The true NAV is a lot higher than the current share price. Draw your own conclusions!

Edit: it looks like the link no longer works. The updated nav was 28.1p. The published nav is very out of date because so much has happened since.

Long term this has it all that I can see. Not bothered by short term fluctuations.
