09/3/2007 11:14 | It doesn't really matter what the mms are doing. Its a friday and their prices work in 10k, or just 2k on the offer at 20p. Not a real indicator of any likely outcome imo. | frank spencer
09/3/2007 11:10 | I'm not sure why bp. Any acquirer getting 8mln cash for about 8 mln, plus a pile of patents and work in progress for nothing is hardly likely to be worse off for the experience. | frank spencer
09/3/2007 11:06 | Its encouraging that there have been a number of approaches. The minimum we can expect is net cash imo, which is somehwere north of 25p. | frank spencer
09/3/2007 11:02 | hopefully I spoke too soon! | pugg1ey
09/3/2007 11:01 | And of course the MMs did a bit of shaking ahead of the announcement, as they usually do in such situations... I agree things might hot up, though I'm resigned to the possibility that any takeout might not be at an especially massive premium. | wiganer
09/3/2007 11:00 | Its all about timing pugg. | frank spencer
09/3/2007 10:56 | Take over approach announced, things could hot up here. | simonparker5
09/3/2007 09:09 | a steady drop I guess until at least the end of the tax year. | pugg1ey
06/3/2007 18:57 | Is there anybody there? | louie76
02/3/2007 23:01 | ANY NEWS/OPINIONS? | louie76
28/2/2007 18:10 | Agreed, coupled with the appointment of Numis. I would imagine they have had talks with several suitors already, but as always the price a predator is willing to pay invariably differs from what the vendor wants. Between the major shareholders, the board and Numis, there should be enough contacts to ensure that shareholders receive something between 25-35p imo by Wimbledon. | frank spencer
28/2/2007 17:40 | The institutions buying in January over a short period of time suggests that that something will occur to enhance shareholder value | landmark4
28/2/2007 17:03 | Thanks Frank ,looks like a boring few weeks ahead with this one.. | louie76
28/2/2007 16:53 | both. Some expected a concrete plan yesterday and were disappointed that there will be upto another 3/4 months wait. Either way, they are exploring all avenues to maximise shareholder value, and the share price should move within the 15p-24p price band in the interim. No compelling reasons to buy or sell imo. | frank spencer
28/2/2007 16:44 | The recent fall due to results or general market ?? | louie76
27/2/2007 18:01 | Any opinions about where we go from here short term,I suspect nowhere... | louie76
27/2/2007 10:21 | As a rule, people seldom voluntarily put themselves out of a job. | frank spencer
27/2/2007 08:38 | why dont they just redistribute what's remaining of the cash, and then turn itself into a shell. It looks like the directors want to keep themselves in a job and pay themselves a good salary for the next 6 months for doing virtually nothing. | forallseasons
27/2/2007 07:26 | ps I make cash to be 32p per share. | frank spencer
27/2/2007 07:24 | The cash is higher than I thought. No sign of a trade sale though, so I suspect the share price will be unchnged to small up. | frank spencer |
