14/9/2005 07:33 | results out. turnover up (English 2000) which I think is OK for the half year. clear out of the account for old investments, setting the way for ofex listing of agi (in which they are now talking about increased investment - and they are clearly looking at alternatives for funding etc) good for now but they need to pull this all together re ofex listing imho | pljohnson
13/9/2005 21:38 | mid drops 7% but bid is up???????? | encarter
13/9/2005 08:06 | Actually it hasnt lost anything as the offer price has been artifically high for two weeks (first at 1.3 then at 1.2 on both occasions when you could buy at 0.99 - as I did 10 days ago) So for the first time I am not too bothered by this adjustment | pljohnson
13/9/2005 08:04 | Top of the losers board this is getting very tedious indeed. | rbonnier
12/9/2005 08:52 | Like most companies management are not interested in the day to day share price unless they want to sell some stock. Otherwise they'll only make an announcement when they have to, which will hopefully be soon. | encarter
11/9/2005 20:23 | drip drip selling goes on and will do until this company properly demonstrates the inherent value in its portfolio. The ipo should do this but it would be nice to see management grab the bull by the horns and issue effective communications to the market to show the real value in this business imho | pljohnson
08/9/2005 21:37 | weird business this 1.3offer, still holding yet you can buy well within the spread. are they discouraging buying here??? | pljohnson
05/9/2005 18:53 | I used to know A Krishall -with a different spelling. Wonder if that is you. BTW have a good break and I trust we have some decent news from the business for your return. Chrs PLJ | pljohnson
03/9/2005 05:19 | plj... when I saw the 'sell' at .99p then I assumed that it must have been a buy. Not really advfn's fault. With notified bid/offer at 0.9/1.3 then a trade below 1.1p would automatically be assumed a sell. Anyway it'll be interesting to see next week what happens to the price. Still think there's a >75% probability that something will come out that'll account for overall widening of spread. But as I'll be on a well deserved break, then I'll refrain from looking at the price for the next two weeks. KH. | krishall
02/9/2005 19:52 | one would hope so. I have to say I decided to take the plunge a little deeper and picked up a few more this afternoon. the SIIT multiple should evidently put the current cap to shame and hopefully then we can get things moving. assuming the autumn timetable holds, we should have some progress in the next few months.. | pljohnson
02/9/2005 16:07 | A couple of announcements in the next couple of months guaranteed, interims and news of the SIIT float. Which should take the share price well above 1.5p. | encarter
02/9/2005 14:54 | Wake me up in A Thousand Years there might have been a couple or so of announcements by then if were lucky and the bid might have gone to 1.5p so we can break even.! Stash your share certificates away somewhere safe so after being reincarnated a dozen times youll still know where they are....! | rbonnier
02/9/2005 14:22 | krishall if you're looking for a penny stock with a fantastic risk /reward ratio, take a look at ZAR. Market cap is £3.5m, they have £2.5m cash and £1m from an upcoming IPO plus they are shortly going into oil exploration. DYOR | encarter
02/9/2005 14:19 | Did notice the last AGM is given as 26th Aug 2005. Did it happen then (as there's been no news regarding it)? Also seen that the next interim announcement is estimated to be on 29th Sep 2005. KH | krishall
02/9/2005 13:58 | Think there must be something behind the move to 1.3p buy price as it's more than a 'slight' rise. Let's see if some news comes through next week. I'm not a great fan of 'penny' stocks and tend to stay well clear of them nowadays. However, I've watched EPE for a while and picked some up early last month. I think the risk / reward ratio on this one is worth it. I'm more of a 'generalist' investor. So a combined Education plus China play with a stock that hasn't been too hyped up is interesting. 02/9/2005 13:22 | Just tried for a top up, 200k at 1p and no deal? | encarter
02/9/2005 11:47 | i know it is strange - I checked that too | pljohnson
02/9/2005 11:46 | whats the point in showing this up 15% when the true offer is still 1p!...i got excited for a moment!!..still fancy longer term tho | paulkent
31/8/2005 22:58 | Thanking you kindly - in then out - I knew I was doing something wrong | pljohnson
31/8/2005 21:43 | Try breathing in first then out. SIIT float is expected Autumn 2005, when the value of EPEs investment will increase greatly. Hopefully they will pick up the other 9% before hand and we'll get an announcement. | encarter
31/8/2005 21:19 | I'll join you...breath out.........breath in........ | timely
31/8/2005 19:29 | Very disappointing stock. Dripping with potential, loaded with growth and yet seemingly unable to bolster the share price But imho not one to give up on by a long stretch. I will go to patience and perseverance classes instead. Breath out, Breath in.... and so on imho Rgds PLJ | pljohnson
18/8/2005 18:04 | Positive acknowledgement of EPEs share price gain [yesterday] in today's Mail. Good to see as it will serve both to raise awareness of the company and its links as a China play. | timely
17/8/2005 09:36 | A shame the RNS came after hours and not this morning and we would have had more buying. | encarter
17/8/2005 08:53 | Fill your boots literally if youve got the cash wish I had. | rbonnier |
