another little tick down. this company needs to desparately address this slide and get a solid trading update out. there are so many excellent developments but it is difficult to clearly see where they are going and what they are worth.

I think it's to do with the reverse takeover. The X trade was more than likely an agreed trade with the University. I'll do some checking.

Ok, can one of you guys please explain the trades today. i have not got the foggiest idea waht is happening.

i do know from experience (normally) that after a period of limited volume a big movement of shares usually frees the stock to move

could be EPE year , from these levels could double bag when the news stream eventually comes through for all else to digest.
All IMO , and depends on the PR from the company kicking into gear.

u win the prize for consistency, but you must be frustrated with the lack of progress.

they have MI, bournmouth, rpobably 600k cash, univeristy tie up and more and a market value pretty close to a reverse takeover shell.

It is a certainty that they are out there acquiring more assets. Don't be let down by the lack of publicity. As I said, with the University as a constant source of students, the company is going to show a massive turnaround in the throughput of customers. The figures will be amazing. I think the market will suddenly realise that EPE have not been sitting around, but heavily active in bringing about a radical change in the value of the company. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.

well, its about time this went up...

the buys have been coming in solidly and there cant be that much liquidity here. About time we had the rerating we deserve.

I think so too. Strength to strength. The share issue keeps them in EPE (in which they have an incentive anyway) and the cash package is small enough to leave EPE with plenty of funding for other deals.

Being able to send their students to the UK schools gives them a great advantage and provides a feed of candidates to study in the UK. In return, the University get's first rate teachers, experienced with Chinese culture and language to help the, improve their experience of western culture and business techniques. Benefit all round as I see it. This is another excellent deal,

Seems a very good deal to me - placing price at 1.5p , no discount at all - for stake in a profitable company.
