15/3/2005 12:04 | Looks like this pathetic load of rubbish is heading back sub 1p if it does then agreed gaybriefs this is looking like a write off. Also agreed the selling at this level is ominous and a little worrying imo is it about to run out of cash? Also the web site is not very professional either think this is more than likely a dud. | venomousviper
15/3/2005 10:38 | And another 290k what a muppett stock this is as peeps bail out .This looks as though its going well and truly down the toilet if the selling is anything to go by,which in the absence of any news is a good an indicator as any that this is no good and will burn peeps. | gaybriefs

05/3/2005 11:46 | I think you will find this deal was done that way so that it is not too big in relation to EPE's market cap (don't want it to be classified as a reverse). Effectively EPE has a stake, and options over a bigger stake, in a Uni making £2m per annum. "AGI owns 100% of Europasia (Beijing) Educational Technology Co. Ltd ("EPE Beijing")" This in turn has 100% of the income of the university - net profit of £2m expected to June 05. The fact that EPE has 12% of AGI which has 100% of EPE Beijing seems to flag something - i.e. why is EPE Beijing called EPE and not AGI or some other name? Seems to me that EPE Beijing will become just that EPE in Beijing - don't be surprised if EPE achieves this by increasing its stake in AGI to 100% over time. Go well CR | calculatedrisk
05/3/2005 11:17 | Is anyone else confused by the last RNS titled "acquisition" It's only the acquisition of a 12% stake in Ample Gains Investments Ltd. This 12% stake is only worth anything if EPE can in the future sell it at a profit, but it looks like they are investing in a business partner, so that may be difficult. I can't see the benefits, would it not have been better for EPE to have just had a formal business agreement directly with Europasia (Beijing) Educational Technology Co. Ltd . It almost looks like we had to pay in order to do business with Europasia (Beijing) Educational Technology Co. Ltd . The only gainers will be AGI as it will sometime before the student exchange business allows EPE to recover £990,000. Have I got the above correct? I am a bit confused how this deal operates. 04/3/2005 16:45 | bit of profit taking - as its nice to see blue in the portfolio for a stock that has been looking sad for a year or so for some..... bags and bags of potential IMO, just takes time for some to take note - and the worst thing in the world is for your foresight to be forgotten for the sake of a fast buck...only to see you were right all along when the stock you held sky-rockets | mr.oz

01/3/2005 19:46 | I am reaaly excited by epe so much so I have gone in for 1m shares which is against all the best advice about spreading your risk!! So here's hoping for a great result - if not oh well it will have been a bit of fun anyway. But I remain optimistic. | timely
