SIIT should produce 250-300k profit for EPE this year. English 2000 hopefully at least 200k profit. MI etc probably 50k profit. Take out central costs and you have a decent profit.

We are a direct investment play in the Asian Education market which it is acknowledged is in a steep growth phase and we have strong assets already and a desire for expansion of our asset base.

All in all, current cap of 2mn (allowing for 1/2mn cash approx) suggests we are undervalued.

Now two possible theories:

1. SIIT holders come out of 6 month lock in in late summer (could they have an intention of releasing some stock) or are the MMs expecting this.

2. It is clear that a further fundraising may be needed re SIIT and other aquisitions shortly. Is there an interest in keeping lid on price at least in respect of the next fundraising?

I dont know and this is only speculation. But at the moment I would have thought a cap of £5m on epe would be more than reasonable (so 2mn seems a little strange)

I would suspect this is MM games. Fundamentally this is now a good investment stock with three very sound assets. The fluctuation in price remains frustrating. But lets face it - yesterday am we had had two strong rns releases within a few days and on balance more buys than sells. Unless there is a big sell in the background, then this is being manipulated for whatever reason.

If you believe the company is sound hold or buy more. If not well I think you can still sell quite a few at 0.9p - cant help but think that is just what the mms are looking to achieve.

And there appears to be a MM buy at 3-4pm further confusing the issue. Sometimes you just cant work it out. But long term if the company continues to release news like this then we will rerate. Frustrating in the interim. IMHO

Evidently our friends the mms have just taken a chunky sell or are pratting around with the bid/offer levels to see if they can shake out a few shares.

Despite the heavy drop on bid you still cant buy any more than this am so I suspect they are messing us around a little. Need to be even more patient it seems...

Results will be out no later than a week today,is todays drop due to the mms closing the spread for business or has bad news leaked as per usual.!

Well no ideas - but the sun is shining. The flatlining of this stock is becoming a little boring. Particularly after the potential for price rerating was demonstrated earlier in the year.

Any opinions as to when we will start to see some newsflow and share price movement again?

Well what I think was a rollover a few days ago (of 4mn) combined with about 4mn of buys in the last week or (at almost the offer) looks interesting.

Lets see what unfolds.

Has this been tipped does anyone know,theres a few buys going through which is a little encouraging after recent selling at sub 1p.
