18/4/2013 12:04 | How is your average, here on ENRC, Careful? | racg
18/4/2013 11:02 | kaz owns 26% of enrc. these long established vertically integrated companies employ huge numbers of people.(70,000enrc). maybe in this market turmoil a full merger would be possible between kaz and enrc. a most dramatic collapse over the last few months of the market value both companies. both down 80%+ from peaks of the last 2 years or so. is this justified? (please will chart readers or momentum traders refrain from stating the obvious, i am talking about business prospects, assets etc) | careful
18/4/2013 10:36 | This is a screeming buy and will attract a takeover bid,the reserves alone would interest Glencore or RIO but I expect this to hit 200p before the shorters turn the trades arround. Kaz have an interest and this was detailed in the FT this morning, DYOR but I doubbled up on recent purchases today. | ch1ck
18/4/2013 09:25 | Or a Tweet about Germany's credit rating. | raysor

18/4/2013 09:03 | ENRC is tipped in current edition of Redmayne Bentley's Share Spotlight although the summarise the article by saying 'one for contrarians only'. They think that the tide could be turning and that much of the bad news has been absorbed by the market although they acknowledge there are less risky mining stocks around. Analysts have recently re-rated the stock: Liberum hold to buy, Citigroup neutral from sell and UBS buy from neutral. Doesn't sound like it is one for widows & orphans! | raysor
18/4/2013 07:15 | Price drop likely to be attributed to Congo doing a cash grab. They're insisting that ENRC refine their ores in the country or pay "fines". Given the unreliability of power in Congo, I expect ministers to be driving the latest Mercedes model cars in the near future. CFB | cfb2
17/4/2013 22:48 | Are we looking at 150p? After the rumored rights issue and this. THIS COULD GET SMASHED. --- SFO demands law firm's ENRC documents Notice suggests UK prosecutor is weighing a criminal inquiry --- | smurfy2001
17/4/2013 12:58 | Could be worse. At least ENRC are not mining any gold! | p bear
17/4/2013 12:17 | i hold shares in both glen/xta. i have quite a selection of miners built up in recent weeks. all underwater. | careful
17/4/2013 11:46 | It was discussed back in 2011 and the offer terminated around the same time. You might have noticed that Glencore have been frying other fish. Xstrata might ring a few bells. | cfb2
17/4/2013 10:53 | just received a note from my bank saying that the takeover offer from Glencore has been terminated. talk about going around blind without a cane..i never knew of such an offer. it was never mentioned on this thread either. | careful
16/4/2013 14:21 | Been a bit crazy this last week. Still confidently holding for target 310. Will reassess once 300 broken. | caramelsoul
11/4/2013 07:57 | Not a great opening, but its all there for a good slow prolonged rise in my opinion. | caramelsoul

11/4/2013 07:14 | must be one of those dubious articles due in the sunday mail or times.... this happens so oftne, makes you wonder why this is not clamped down on by the FSA.... | mr jam
11/4/2013 07:08 | bad opening! | just_a_beginner
10/4/2013 17:30 | Deutsche Bank have reiterated their buy stance with a price target of 529p | cfb2
10/4/2013 14:37 | I got in the other day @ 247 spread long, target 350. | caramelsoul
10/4/2013 10:43 | careful: At least with a bank or building society there isn't the danger that you'd find that over 35% of your money has suddenly gone missing overnight. Oh wait, yes you do! :) | cfb2
10/4/2013 10:30 | to think you could buy these for 202p last thusday. now trading at 274p. up 35% in less than 1 week. better that the building society. | careful
10/4/2013 08:41 | FWIW I'm in again this morning. Short term Spread bet rather than long term hold. | dr biotech
09/4/2013 21:00 | Today's rise was on the back of not too bad results from Alcoa (aluminium), proving that there is still demand in the market. All miners appeared to be up today, Rio Tinto was up almost 4%. CFB | cfb2 |
