My theory is the buyers alone can not push the price down. Inevitably they are working in conjunction with forces that can move the market prices like the big banks. They are shorting very hard at the moment and when they have achieved the price they are looking for I assume they will switch ship and go long for massive profits.

They arent accepting probably out of principle. Want to make it as difficult as possible for the buyers. OR the buyers are buying time so that they can push the price down even further...

Careful HL date for acceptance was 27 Aug at noon I think it depends on the broker you are using.

i voted to accept.
the response date was 22 aug.
i voted on about the 15th aug.
my shares were removed from my nominee account. on 16th aug.

i wonder if those people who did not accept now have the risk of holding shares without a market.

enrc did warn of this danger, suggesting we had no choice but to accept.
maybe that is why the share price fell today.

dont know when we shall get our kaz shares credited to our accounts or the cash.
but if it goes through it should be a 10% profit.

(my shares were de listed at 2.236p.)

At current price. The offer works out at £2.43 per ENRC share or am I wrong? Gives anyone looking to take avantage a 10% profit.
