16/5/2013 14:46 | Think the last KAZ IMS statement had written it down to 245p - bit in the FT seems to indicate that. I'm out at the moment, which probably means a bid of 350+ tomorrow | dr biotech
16/5/2013 14:22 | market is pricing a bid at 290 which explains the price of enrc and the drop in kaz which has enrc valed at 375 in its books. kaz would be a fool to sell their stake at 290p but kazakh govt has strong arms and will probably make it happen. uk fsa etc are eunuchs so dont bother to look for redress there. | and1

16/5/2013 13:26 | back into these and kaz. these have been good to me, going in and out several times. regretted selling at 620p at a profit a while back but it worked for me. all the in and outs have been profitable after charges. not playing cfd's on this, buying and selling shares. my instinct is that the kaz government will make this happen. it will be a part nationalisation. we shall see. not long to wait. | careful
16/5/2013 11:02 | You are too much the optimist VHS! | racg
16/5/2013 09:30 | Original deadline I believe is 5pm tomorrow. Kerimov has sold a few today. | dr biotech
16/5/2013 09:10 | this was the original deadline. they asked for an extension. maybe they could not raise the cash. a bad sign i think. | careful
16/5/2013 08:57 | Looks like no bid then? | henley2

10/5/2013 07:08 | Credit Suisse and Lazard are now advising the independent committee of directors who will rule on the potential bid for ENRC by the company's three founding central Asian oligarchs who are considering taking it private. Source FT.com | tanzz786
10/5/2013 06:56 | Big drop today I think | datait
10/5/2013 06:38 | If it was an exchange regulated company the resignation of the brokers would have led to suspension. | leedskier |
