Binding offer could drop at any time. You have to be in it to win it.

Nothing new in that article. Its just repeating what we already know.I would not be suprised to if no agreed offer happens until the new Tax Year commencing 6th April. Hopefully Covid will be more under control by then. Im happy to wait for the big prize !

Eurasia Mining [LSE:EUA] – A popular stock with mining investors in 2020, the owner of the West Kytlim mine in the Ural Mountains in Russia is in the process of finding a buyer for its platinum, paladium and rhodium assets. The process has been stalled by travel restrictions due to the corona virus and a series of European and Russian holidays but some non-binding offers are already on the table and being considered by the company. While trying to finalise the sale the miner has also received approval for its definitive feasibility study. It is well padded with a cash position of over $7 million which it plans to use to upscale mining and extend it to run all year around. Eurasia Mining shares dropped from a high of 34.00 in early January to 30.44 Thursday but a successful sale or an increased rate of production will give the share price a further nudge higher.

Fairly certain excellence that won't happen at all. The company are keen on a full sale and hopefully they will secure that soon.

valentine73-It would be better if you put a pound sign in there eg £0.60 so everyone is clear what you meant.

499budgie, I was around then. Maybe under Remus98 or Freddiethefrog. Wendy got me in to JLP too (BRR in those days), and that's done me very well. Unfortunately she died some time ago.

So all the proven resources of EUA are worth 800m.....if at all.....I don't think so.I think they are worth a lot more than that based on just about every estimate out there.Personally 0.60+ is good but with right buyer who knows?!

Hi all,
I have been watching this chat for weeks now, I was originally in EUA in the days of Ashley James, WDurham, Magnum44, Hipshot and others, back starting 1999 ( I was a different name then ), I jumped ship when I lost faith in Andrew Council, Dr Martineau and other BOD, but they did build a foundation with the likes of Bruce Rowan and other supporting fledgling shareholders.
I don’t know or see any of any PI shareholders from them days that still hold, but if there is good luck.
But it brings back good memories as I went back in the archive and read the numerous pages of them days lol, But it’s nice to see the current long term shareholders and new are hopefully going to see this over the line in one way or another.

Anyway, good luck everyone
PS - does anyone know what happened to Wdurham, she knew her stuff and hopefully she has reached the golden ticket in her investing roadmap.....

What was the purpose of stating 7mil in the bank in the rns. The companies involved in discussions would already know what eua have? Puzzled.

It depends how assiduous the consortium is.

Not in itself possibly, but the 1% rule would soon alert everyone to what was going on, and the information about who was accumulating may indeed drive the price through the roof

That's not always the case on either point. The rules are subject to agreement between the target Co and the panel; an astute acquisition strategy e.g., over a long duration, won't necessarily drive the price through the roof.
