What are we expecting the share price to be post buyout? Any predictions?

I have not seen anything where Sunak has said definitely no CGT changes in the current Tax year. By the time any deal is concuded we could be in the Tax year commencing 6th April 2021 where ant tax changes will come in play. Thats why I favour a deal concuded by the end of the current Tax year

I do, at some point they might decide that an ISA is not etirely tax free. I thoought it was said that Sunak would not be making chaanges to CGT this year. But that could obviously change on a whim...

Seems to me that ISA's collectively represent a huge untapped pool of value ripe for harvest...but how do they do it without causing panic? Do they care?

As you are aware an ISA is tax free so its irrelevant what the CGT rate is.

CGT will soon be raised to 40% in the next Budget in March

Always difficult to fix a sell point in advance, particularly when mega CGT is involved. For me it is a question of leaving it in there and my inheritors paying the 40% inheritance tax, yet should I sell more now that'll be another 20% CGT. Am content to pay taxes which lubricate the government machine, for better or worse.

I laughed at Rowka on LSE at £3.50 he’s since disappeared. Makes you wonder now tho if it’s bidding war.

Yes especially as the last two RNS's they were omitted but previous ones included mentioning NN.

Still feel the specific mention of Norilsk Nickel in the most recent RNS is a massive nudge nudge wink wink from the BOD. Why else would you mention essentially a competitor in your official, long awaited update?

Rutter ~ I threw around £110k at this and down to 0.3p a share after fullest research plus all combined efforts from others at the various "coffee mornings" and today I'd say = not luck but diligent research with a modicum of risk. It seemed quite doable from the start. Have had £225K+ back from the investment already.

Not sure what you mean by that Rhu, tho I do get your "it's only money" point. Some things are more valuable than money, particularly health, love, and loved ones... In current times money isn't much use as we can't even visit a restaurant or go on holiday, and even going out in the car is rare apart from the supermarket run... My daughter was 21 the other day, and we'd normally have a shopping trip to get a meaningful gift, and have a big family do at a good restaurant, but it was a phone in pizza and a cash gift unfortunately, tho I did get a cake with candles...but wasn't too sure about her blowing them out! At least having cash means we can keep the wolves from our doors, give up the rat race, or at least work less, and plan longer for when times improve in 2022. Best wishes Rhu...

So if you once owned 19 million. And bought them at their lowest price ever ( I presume) that means you threw (at least) 95,000 quid at a 1/2 p share . I have never in all my life heard of such luck. Well done

I am a widower of 86 so "it's only money" and my son is a solicitor of a kind where he's not allowed to dabble in this sort of thing !! ( they are capable of trading behind your back, so be careful folks)

Yes indeed, ex, and I confess to selling 0.5M at 42.3p but still have 18.5M in the game. Am pleased to have switched some funds into EML and HZM which seem to have a great future, so I am pleased to watch how all of this pans out during 2021 :))
