A cash offer may be the most desirable for many, but what if deal involved a cash injection and some kind or RTO JV or merger, which may be a lot better for us in three years time?

Which of those does our 31p share price represent?

There is clearly something going on that keeps this around 30p. I'm sure (and hope ) it has no relevance to the final bid, but there is some giant 30p magnet fixed to this share. It seems strange that it's not really moved since the speeding RNS

The price is trading within ranges dictated by the market, and our market is increasingly controlled by the various players vying for position.

The retail investors are now merely ths tail of the dog as negotiations continue and decisions are made.

I think we have been stuck at 30p because that is where the current bidding has got us, but auctions go to the highest bidder and bidding hasn't finished yet.

Previous highs were driven by speculation of what the final bid may look like, but we really don't know, that's up to the bidders to decide.

Ex, (if I may call you that) I fully agree and as previously mentioned I am in to the end, topping up when funds allow, but I can't help my frustration when this long awaited news arrives and it's met with 'lack lustre' response and disappointing price movement. (Even in the short term). It just feeds my suspicions of price manipulation which makes me a little concerned about the final outcome

Today's news is just a formality, but a necessary one.

It relates only to the now very large WK platinum alluvial mine where the cost base is the lowest in the world, and pt prices have nearly doubled.

We own 68% of WK, and the project may or may not be sold, that remains to be seen.

Today's news adds significant value to the WK project purely from an operational efficiency perspective and also as further credibility of the project and our relationship with authorities.

Make no mistake, this is good news.
