Don't you think if a potential purchaser was going to be paying much in excess of 30p they would be buying everything in sight at prices less than what their bid price is going to be?
Looks to me like the final price will be little above 30p, if it happens at all.

I'm fairly confident that the deal will likely involve EUA retaining a chunk of MT, maybe we'll keep WK in its entirety since we're spending cash on it and getting it developed.

So that means we may get a special dividend for selling maybe 60% of MT, and maybe we get a free carry for our remaining 15%, with luncroft still holding their 20% or maybe they'll sell, who can say?

So a special dividend of 30p and we keep 15% of MT and all of WK.

And as regards 'the market' valuing this at 30p, 'the market' generally playing right now don't have a clue; they bought too high and are now selling too low. That's fine by me .....
