21/1/2021 16:05 | If anyone thinks the board don't have enough skin in the game to be in control, they clearly haven't done their homework. Back to school time ..... | dr darkstar

21/1/2021 15:56 | I agree with your comments but I am waiting for the end game. The Market only values us at around 30p. They must have a reason. Todays FFS has had no affect. A little worrying why. Hopefully any accepted low ball offer should the worse case scenario happen wont be below 30p. I was also in Amerisur and the final agreed price was very disappointing. Nothing suprises me anymore when it comes to investing on AIM | underhill2
21/1/2021 15:55 | Co-incidentally Platinum is at a 12 month high today 1145 USD per ounce ... | garryvaughan
21/1/2021 15:55 | We had similar reaction when the permit for MT was announced. Simply the news today was priced in.I think there will be a deal at some point but very likely a coplex one involving a few parties. I've said many times my expextation is high 40s or 50s as suggested in the report commissioned by the co. From this perspective the current pre deal share price being 30p is ok.Of course just my view Ive been wrong many times. | user2007
21/1/2021 15:51 | I am still convinced this is a multi billion $ transaction. I will be very surprised if this sale is sub $3 billion. My calculation is based on $30 Billion in the ground (we know there is more but it's not confirmed - YET) so assume 10% of the value is the sale price. Now if AP have proven the resources in the wider areas then of course we could see closer to 40 million Oz + and a valuation of $80 billion + so my estimate could be called conservative, but I think it's also realistic. 21/1/2021 15:49 | I'm so pleased we got that news today or we wouldn't have rocketed by 1p | davetedjack
21/1/2021 15:41 | TDH Methinks you worry too much. I doubt UBS would have contemplated putting the time and effort into the negotiations unless they were confident that they would be handsomely rewarded. I cannot see them having entered the fray for a c30p a share price. Just my opinion, of course. | scrappycat
21/1/2021 15:28 | I must admit that the last few weeks and the reaction, or lack of it, to today's news, which is of course positive, makes me feel we might have to lower our horizons. The market clearly feels we are worth about 30p and we got a speeding ticket from our company when it ran ahead of this. I am concerned that after 6 months we don't have an agreed deal and I do recall waiting a similar time after Amer did an FSP and being well disappointed with the outcome which was within a wafer of the market at the time and a done deal because the directors had enough skin in the game to control it, rather as these do. Clearly a lot of the fast money interest has moved on but if we were really going to be worth 80p + then wouldn't todays news have put us up into the 40's? Still not prepared to exit as I also feel market is being churned for a reason, but hoping I don't regret the warning signs GLA tdh | the dark horse

21/1/2021 14:44 | Nice if we had a bit of FOMO towards close !!! One step closer to a binding bid | mgellie
21/1/2021 14:38 | MM happy to take 500k at 30.35p (nice 1.4p flip spread for them!) | sportbilly1976
21/1/2021 14:16 | stock availability tightened - 250k now 31.11 and 500k is 31.78p | sportbilly1976
21/1/2021 14:04 | Reaction has been rather muted, agreed....but we're aware of one pi offloading at least 16mln recently...maybe the final flush of this coming through today? I cannot think of another element for which any offer submitted would be non-binding (which would be publicly available) other than the DFS. Now this has been confirmed hopefully now the EUA management are revisiting the offerors to finalise details ahead of binding offers to be announced shortly. Certainly not the time to be selling here imo with confirmation of sale and price so close | sportbilly1976
21/1/2021 13:59 | I agree the wrong wording. People are dying every day. | underhill2
21/1/2021 13:53 | Why are you here. Go away deramper | underhill2
21/1/2021 13:52 | I guess some traders are taking the opportunity to get off the bus before the next stop. I think that bodes well for the share price in the near future | richie32
21/1/2021 13:45 | Well, congratulations to EUA shareholders, you got the DFS you wanted and a nice share price spike. Asagi (short EUA) | asagi |
