That's not always the case on either point. The rules are subject to agreement between the target Co and the panel; an astute acquisition strategy e.g., over a long duration, won't necessarily drive the price through the roof.

Can't be done that way. Rules don't allow and if they did they would drive the price through the roof.

Would'nt be fare though as you would not have needed to hold the shares very long. What about real LTH S

Depends on the percentage sold, probably. In my simple mind, if 50% of MT and WK were sold as a job lot for 30p and returned to shareholders as a special dividend then the shareprice would remain at 30p - because, by inference, 100% was valued at 60p.I'm guessing though, so could be way out :-)

Hi, silly question, if there is a special dividend of 30p and we retain a percentage of WK and MT, how would the share price react, and what would be the likely share price after an RNS of that magnitude?

Has EUA's expectation of restriction / prohibition of share purchases by participants in the FSP been formally noted?

Maybe (his) Excellence is on to something with a post earlier today.Special divi of (say) 30p for a percentage of MT sold, plus keeping WK. That'd do me (as I'm guessing it would a lot of the holders from the 0.5p days)

The lack of knowledge of the situation by some people on this board at times is staggering.

Don't you think if a potential purchaser was going to be paying much in excess of 30p they would be buying everything in sight at prices less than what their bid price is going to be?
Looks to me like the final price will be little above 30p, if it happens at all.

What are charts showing? I know you mentioned that in the next few sessions it should signal a change and we finally push north... are you thinking we still on track towards 54 57p? Without news

We don't want a gap up at the open as it will only close asap. A nice steady rise is much better!

I’m sure if you flick back DS said he wanted full sale. The other plays are surely negotiating ploys mainly. Walk away aka plan b or BATNA.

That would work for me , a nice big one off payment , followed by years of dividends , probably being close to my initial buying price , I see that as a win win situation
