23/1/2023 17:35 | TBF wouldn't be hard in all honesty. | quantas01
23/1/2023 17:34 | Maybe because he's smarter than us | quantas01
23/1/2023 17:33 | Eeza good point but its convenient to forget that... because now we are apparently at the finishing line and it's all about to happen. But it was also ready to fly in July. Same mood music with the same orchestra and the show ain't no different | quantas01
23/1/2023 17:31 | I do not know why MR does not buy. Maybe because he is CFO it is against his rules. DL and Shavit took up the slack. Actually, does anybody know why MR keeps clean of shares? | purchaseatthetop
23/1/2023 17:30 | But this time it's different, Rodney. | eeza
23/1/2023 17:29 | Well we were all given a good steer here, last year, from the 'horse's mouth'. Transformational, exponential, at the finish line. Price then in the 30's, now 7.5p. Same management then as now. | eeza
23/1/2023 17:28 | Again how far did the CFO dip into his somewhat deep pockets | quantas01
23/1/2023 17:21 | Baillie Gifford were given a good steer on AGL's placing at 80p. Now 30p. | eeza
23/1/2023 17:18 | Every silver lining has a dark cloud eh Quantas? He did 150,000 shares in May 22 at 18p which is £27k He did £212k on this placing which is nearly 8 times as much money and over 20 times the number of shares. | purchaseatthetop
23/1/2023 17:12 | Latge numbers???? This was 200k of which he did 150k a few months back and also more at higher numbers. To be frank he had no choice if he didnt put his money where his mouth was. How much did the CFO buy again cos I missed that one. Probably about the same as last time | quantas01
23/1/2023 17:03 | 504. They would want to see management accounts, cashflow forecasts, contract situations, inventory etc etc. I just cannot believe that they would become the largest shareholder having already been underwater and with the BoD track record of missing targets unless they had lots of due diligence. But who knows. | purchaseatthetop
23/1/2023 16:33 | Premier Miton. I doubt very much that they would give up their ability to sell if required by becoming inside to the business. The company would suggest that they are doing business just like they have to everyone. They wouldn't tell them details of any deals yet to form contracts prior to release. If the deals fail during contract it would create many issues. Yes we have nods and winks and to suggest that Miton had any more than that really exposes MR and Ethernity to allegations of wrong doing. Inside information is for the board. Once they go beyond its the end of the business in my opinion. They may have done it earlier with Miton but not beyond what's publicly available. | 504
23/1/2023 15:39 | Sorry 504 but I totally disagree. Premier Milton do not operate under nods and winks and become the largest shareholder with 15% | purchaseatthetop
23/1/2023 15:36 | Milton?? Miton. I have taken part in placings before and received a briefing sheet but there was nothing that wasn't in the public domain. I was also told that if I proceeded I would be considered "inside" which is incredibly inconvenient. I think that they would receive the same hints, nods and winks as the video interview and the slides just maybe with extra winks. H1 is normally quiet but this year it will bring rapid developments. | 504
23/1/2023 15:15 | Marky60. Seems like the point about DL and Co buying large numbers was matched by Milton. This placing gave the BoD a huge opportunity because they could give advance information to potential funders AND allow themselves to buy at the same price. They would not have been able to divest market sensitive unpublished information in any other circumstances nor buy themselves as a closed period. It is bad news for high cost holders who are getting diluted at much lower levels but as DL shows us this is overcome by buying at 7p. Just waiting for the first contract RNS now. Milton and DL know when that is happening. Just my view but very excited about the next months now. Milton are very smart and respectsble. | purchaseatthetop
23/1/2023 12:49 | BEAD still not moved but I believe that they will. Under other rules the performance from Tarana will stop government funding to applicants. This is why it's a landgrab. If BEAD change the rules we'll see many cable installers blocked out of all or part of their funding. Ethernity are exposed to these markets directly through Tarana. Through OEMs for PON very soon. Through direct and indirect UEP sales. Ethernity solutions will be instrumental in the cost efficient deployment of hundreds of small WISPs | 504
23/1/2023 12:39 | March 6th Ethernity launch the UEP variant for the WISP market. We'll also see a big push on the PON market for WISPs to build their network. This is where most of their investment is. Without government funding this needs to be very affordable so it's exactly where Ethernity are. I believe that several of the 4 OEMs for PON are in the US market that's why I don't think that we will be waiting long. The device is low power low port count ideal for these deployments. Deployments will enter season in the spring. OEMs will already be talking to their clients. | 504
23/1/2023 11:26 | I don't believe that's the optimistic view. It's the view on a company faced with several huge market opportunities in a destroyed market. If the investment environment was strong it would be much more speculative and the valuation much higher already. What revenue would it take for 50p a share. I don't think that we have long to wait. | 504
23/1/2023 11:21 | The share ownership of David and Shavid at 17% of the company valued at 7.85m is £1.3m - 7.5 spThat's no return for their work.David believes company is currently worth 7 times or 50m plus. Yes that's the optimistic view.17% gives them £8m.That's still no return. Surely they would only sell out or a stake in the future journey that would give them a minimum £25m. Company value 147 m.Share price 1.50 but yes years away. Just a thought. I can not see wanting to sell out for a relatively small return. | chester9
23/1/2023 10:58 | Final few for me at 7.65p. | purchaseatthetop
23/1/2023 10:53 | At 7p nothing is massive unfortunately. Still once they take the warrants the average will be 11p. A big chunk of the company on its knees for peanuts. Good timing. Whilst we saw it coming again I never dreamt that I could buy at 7p. I don't have fear for any of my shares but these below 20p is where I will make my money. | 504
23/1/2023 10:49 | Yes very very positive from Miton - as I mentioned a few days ago, they are quite respected and one of the reasons I bought here in the first place. Can anyone work out roughly what their average price is now? They will possibly be anticipating a buyout IMO, and if we can work out their new average then we can surmise that they don't see a buyout being below that price. | cyberbub
23/1/2023 10:42 | Well. The recent insider and IPO original funder buys are massive. | purchaseatthetop
23/1/2023 10:41 | PaTT that 20% day could be today. Massive momentum is building. Maybe a few are starting to see. | 504 |
