PATT. I don't get that you are stating something as a fact (it's a fact that it's a forecast, not a fact it will happen +/-), then completely ignore it as you know best. You made some ridiculous assumptions on cash flow as you didn't understand the range of possibilities and you are doing the same here. I did list a set of issues why there cannot be a direct extrapolation from tarana volume to ENET revenue, key amongst these are tarana pre operational stock reduction with better supply chains and volume pricing. 504 left the lse board after stating they knew the tarana forecast better than enet and stated the tarana forecast was a fraction of what it should be through detailed analysis and insider discussion, only to be called out and then proven totally wrong (why change the habits of a lifetime). What we can really hope for with tarana is traction in India (a massive multiple of the US) and an expansion into private 5g and other applications.

We know (FACT!) that we are only forecasting $1.5m G1 in 2023. Same as 2022. I think it will be well over double that.

Where the land is granite you cannot dig fibre trenches and where it is picturesque you cannot ruin the vista.

"VGI had even more reason to be excited about G1’s capabilities than other ISPs. While Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay are beautiful vacation destinations and the retirement dream of many Texans, the ground in that area is solid granite. This makes trenching impractical, and since aerial fiber is not an option for aesthetic reasons in these communities, wireless is their only viable broadband option. Before G1, that meant largely unreliable service and inadequate internet speeds.

Now with Tarana ngFWA, wireless doesn’t have to come with compromise. Previously settling for only 5-50 Mbps service plans, the community members of Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay can now get up to 400 Mbps on VGI’s G1 network. An end user reported that this is “the best service Horseshoe Bay has ever had.”

VGI Technology is a full-service technology company offering a wide suite of security and access control hardware, along with fiber and wireless internet services for homes & businesses. Born as a local San Angelo business, VGI has grown to service the entire state of Texas while focusing primarily in the regions of Concho Valley, Permian Basin and Highland Lakes markets of San Angelo, Midland/Odessa, Big Lake, Eldorado, Sonora, Ballinger, Brownwood, Garden City, Sterling City, Mertzon, Eldorado, Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay.

Quite right 504. Makes sense.
Actually, the 100k sales yesterday. Wonder if that was a placing buyer selling at 7.3p for a 4% profit but keeping the warrants for free.

Yes but he can sell down at 20p to offset the extra spend at 15p.

The sums for DL are interesting.
He bought £212k of placing at 7p (should see an RNS soon). As MR stated in a round about way on the interview, the warrants at 15p should be triggered short to medium term with the 20p limit. That means DL would have to divvy up another £454k for the warrants ontop. Wowser.

Tarana are now making a big push to break into India.
Rabin Patra, a Tarana founder and Indian has authored a major article in Voice and Data.
That would be fun if they announced something there.

The prices 504 said they could sell at were way below the bid. Seems they've not grasped the concept of an NT trade which would print with a different condition code

I can only sell 5k now on HL but actually why would anybody want to buy now? That should change when we get to early March. That is an opinion not a FACT. Just for clarification.

Cyberhub. IG online you could sell 100k immediately for 7.11. ii 250k for 7.09 immediately online.
If you need to crack on I don't mind a few more
7.45 to buy up to 150k then it moves up.

Playing confirmation bias bingo on a google search doesn't create demand for the stock. There is none..it's NT to sell and has been since yesterday. How many actual new revenue RNSs do you think there'll be this year if this raise is for current deals.. I'll make you 1/1.5 for fun

Joinednow. Last year was all about development of the solutions for the contracts in delivery. Delivery was always going to be this year.
Mock all you like, you are blind.

Of course a speculative strong market would have recognised it and valued it all last year. Ethernity were beaten down because they had little immediate to offer a very weak market for tech. The market is not interested in "progress towards" it makes the journey sound long and in the meantime the company burns through cash.
The dynamic is different this year and the longer it goes the more robust it will become.
Sales immediately are for integration. Maybe 10 units, these are not commercial numbers but once integrated sales can happen. Ethernity need to walk this path multiple times.

Sat in dark, poor and cold UK it must look tough but the sun does shine.

Cyberhub with respect. $2.9m to $9m. Contracts in production and deployment this year. Two new contracts for clients. Sales building from Just Tarana to China 2 products this year $7.6m. UEP contract to commercial reality, a new UEP product launched in 39 days.
I don't know what more you want them to say. Anything released today will be H2 delivery for sure

I can only sell 5,000 shares (yes £350 worth) at the moment. Not the sign of a company in demand... They need to provide hard evidence of sales building ASAP

Some facts and some speculation.
Aviat Networks are going down the same route as Ethernity. So close it looks highly likely to me that they are using the same solutions.
The detail differs but just enough to cloak their identity. It's an outdoor unit not indoor. Why would WISPs want an indoor unit for wireless/microwave backhaul from the tower, it needs a hardened outdoor unit. Based in Europe, they have some offices. The rest is so similar.
Anyway Aviat has a contract to supply exactly this solution to Airtel. I assume that is what's driving the delivery immediately after securing the contract.
This is an existing product for Aviat which I suspect they have seriously improved using Ethernity.
Aviat has a very established US sales channel to market the product to the US WISP and are extremely connected in local markets.
I have made media enquiries with their head of media who has a rather unfortunate name.
I guess that we wait and see.

28/11/22 RNS states that the WISP UEP unit is being developed with “the Customer” who is a prominent OEM and will be sold “via the customers large sales organisation in the United States”.

MR told us that the launch will be 6/3/23. Both those are FACTS.

Hell, I don’t know but this suggests to me that the BoD will be able to announce an absolute commercial breakthrough because our problem so far has been channels to market. Here, we are symbiotically tied to everything we need for huge market penetration. It will follow Tarana as they open up the world for FWA.

Up to everybody if they think this is important or not but it is the first time we wil L hit the market in this way.

Doesn't every AIM share need radical news to move it up or turn it around after a sustained fall.
Really strong news of near term revenue or actual revenue are the only things moving anything at the moment. Future progress is worthy of nothing in the current climate.
Fortunately Ethernity has news of near term revenue and actual revenue this year. All the ingredients are present or on hand. They just need more.
1 OEM to 5 OEM for PON turns $4.6m into $20m each launch year. Into $50m steady production.
UEP the magic box has at least 3 immediate uses for current market problems. Flowing into just 1 could very easily result in $10m revenue a year.
Turning $2.9m to $9 to $36m revenue is a matter of volume. Markets just opening for PON and soon FTTR that will produce volume on top of the $7.6m.
2500 WISP provide a ready market for UEP launched on 6th March.
The radical news is already in but most can't see it yet. They will.
