Sorry 504 but I totally disagree. Premier Milton do not operate under nods and winks and become the largest shareholder with 15%

Milton?? Miton.
I have taken part in placings before and received a briefing sheet but there was nothing that wasn't in the public domain. I was also told that if I proceeded I would be considered "inside" which is incredibly inconvenient.
I think that they would receive the same hints, nods and winks as the video interview and the slides just maybe with extra winks.
H1 is normally quiet but this year it will bring rapid developments.

Marky60.
Seems like the point about DL and Co buying large numbers was matched by Milton.
This placing gave the BoD a huge opportunity because they could give advance information to potential funders AND allow themselves to buy at the same price. They would not have been able to divest market sensitive unpublished information in any other circumstances nor buy themselves as a closed period.
It is bad news for high cost holders who are getting diluted at much lower levels but as DL shows us this is overcome by buying at 7p.
Just waiting for the first contract RNS now. Milton and DL know when that is happening.
Just my view but very excited about the next months now. Milton are very smart and respectsble.

BEAD still not moved but I believe that they will. Under other rules the performance from Tarana will stop government funding to applicants. This is why it's a landgrab. If BEAD change the rules we'll see many cable installers blocked out of all or part of their funding.

Ethernity are exposed to these markets directly through Tarana. Through OEMs for PON very soon. Through direct and indirect UEP sales. Ethernity solutions will be instrumental in the cost efficient deployment of hundreds of small WISPs

March 6th Ethernity launch the UEP variant for the WISP market. We'll also see a big push on the PON market for WISPs to build their network. This is where most of their investment is. Without government funding this needs to be very affordable so it's exactly where Ethernity are.
I believe that several of the 4 OEMs for PON are in the US market that's why I don't think that we will be waiting long. The device is low power low port count ideal for these deployments.
Deployments will enter season in the spring. OEMs will already be talking to their clients.

I don't believe that's the optimistic view. It's the view on a company faced with several huge market opportunities in a destroyed market. If the investment environment was strong it would be much more speculative and the valuation much higher already.
What revenue would it take for 50p a share. I don't think that we have long to wait.

The share ownership of David and Shavid at 17% of the company valued at 7.85m is £1.3m - 7.5 spThat's no return for their work.David believes company is currently worth 7 times or 50m plus. Yes that's the optimistic view.17% gives them £8m.That's still no return. Surely they would only sell out or a stake in the future journey that would give them a minimum £25m. Company value 147 m.Share price 1.50 but yes years away. Just a thought. I can not see wanting to sell out for a relatively small return.

At 7p nothing is massive unfortunately. Still once they take the warrants the average will be 11p. A big chunk of the company on its knees for peanuts. Good timing. Whilst we saw it coming again I never dreamt that I could buy at 7p.
I don't have fear for any of my shares but these below 20p is where I will make my money.

Yes very very positive from Miton - as I mentioned a few days ago, they are quite respected and one of the reasons I bought here in the first place. Can anyone work out roughly what their average price is now? They will possibly be anticipating a buyout IMO, and if we can work out their new average then we can surmise that they don't see a buyout being below that price.

PaTT that 20% day could be today. Massive momentum is building. Maybe a few are starting to see.

PaTT it's certainly very similar. Words are the same as Ethernity words. It could very well be wireless bonding on an existing product as an enhancement to the microwave performance. As we know the concept is protected.
I believe that we'll see a lot of this type of addition to extend existing products

Just solid buying going on and we will have a 20% day very soon. Just my view but clearly Milton would have had a clear view of what is about to happen to buy in especially with the Bergen cloud. They will expect 20p PDQ.

Yes but they like us have done this several times. The difference now I believe is we are experiencing OEM sales, additional contracts and the wider market has momentum. 4 OEM discussions are very likely given the market opportunity to become 4 OEM engagements making their sales with Ethernity whole solution. The big news though will be SoC sales in my opinion because of the huge variety of applications.
Volume will increase rapidly I believe certainly 4x year on year for the foreseeable future.

So. Very please. I am not striking and did not see the RNS till now.
DL and Shavit buy 15% of the new placing
Milton buy an extra 5% of the whole company.
I think they do not expect to lose their money!

Prior to the placing Miton held just shy of 5% with 4.85m shares and todays RNS confirms they now have just under 15% and 15.4m shares

The cornerstone IPO investor MR was talking about in the placing obviously Milton as we guessed.
As we know they are hugely underwater but still believes this management can deliver.
Importantly these are very unlikely to be retail shares and they will be taking a substantial position after the warrants. I don't think that it will be long until they are triggered.
I have taken all mine now. More than absorbed the dilution including the warrants so no complaints from me.

Can you define the "decent chunk" DPL please.

I have noted that one of the suppliers took payment in shares. I see a parallel with CAPD who took positions in companies they were working for and liked what they saw. I hope the same principle applies here. Hope you had a good w/e PATT despite the result. I thought the new lad looked promising...but so he should at £88m!

Quantas. DL and the crew know a lot of what is happening:
For example they would know if this solution was based on ENET IP:

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 3, 2022 -- Aviat Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNW), the leading expert in wireless transport solutions, today announced the release of their Vendor Agnostic Multi-Band solution, which enables operators to easily upgrade the capacity of an existing installed licensed microwave link up to 10 Gbit/s. Aviat's Vendor Agnostic Multi-Band, or MB-VA, enables operators with deployments of legacy microwave from any vendor to cost-effectively deploy significant additional network capacity to support demands of advanced LTE and 5G buildouts.

MB-VA is an overlay of a high capacity Aviat WTM 4800 E-Band or Multi-band link alongside the existing legacy microwave system, with support for seamless aggregation and load balancing of traffic from each link onto a single 10 GE interface. High availability traffic carried on the microwave link is preserved, with hitless operation in a Multi-Band configuration.

Patented Layer 1 Link Aggregation (L1LA) algorithm ensures maximum efficiency and highest possible throughput; Single- or dual-channel E-Band overlay enables extended distance Multi-Band links up to 20km; and Multi-Band link overlay adds up to two additional microwave channels plus one E-Band channel, all in one box.
"Many operators have extensive investments in legacy microwave backhaul networks that have limited capacity expansion capability" said Peter Smith, CEO of Aviat Networks. "Now, using Aviat's unique MB-VA solution, these operators can leverage their historical investment rather than employing expensive fiber replacements."

504 might be able to give a steer on whether it is likely to be ENET IP.
