The Company has good revenue visibility for 2023 and, based on contracted orders and conservative estimates of the potential orders that are under discussion with prospective customers, the Directors believe that revenues of $9 million for 2023 are achievable.

Not sure Ethernity do news 'flow'. Over half projected 2023 revs are from a single contract..this expectation of loads of mega new deals is wide of the mark imo, the raise was for current engagements they don't have the capacity or cash for much else

Why would Nathan even think about buying shares here? He has a massively growing internet business with tens if not hundreds of millions invested. He is interested in the technology that makes it easier for him but that is it. We are simply another tool.

Joinedupnow. Finally we agree. This is certainly the last six months chance for Ethernity. It must be delivered during this period. It will be. Otherwise Premier Milton and DL/Shavit would not have bought so much of the 7p placing.

Six months ago the only selling product except for legacy revenues was G1
H2 22 China PON started adding
H1 23 China FTTR starts adding. Plus WISP UEP2025 and standard UEP2025
H2 23 G1*2 starts adding plus early G2.
From one selling line to six.

No excuses.

A unacceptable and hugely disappointing share price performance.

When will this be rectified Enet?

I think this is the final roll of the dice for the share price.

Take this opportunity or consolidation and confetti volume of shares will result.

Joinednow. Who gives a toss if somebody has sold £4.5k of shares? Ignore the now and look at the near future. Clearly they are going to prove a lot in the first week of March. Just my view of course.
