At least they don't need to raise cash, thank god!

from the BN:

‘In the annual ENET financial statements for the year ended Dec 2020, the auditors made reference to the existence of a material uncertainty in relation to going concern. Due to the fundraising efforts, coupled with the positive trading outlook for 2022 and 2023 onwards arising from existing and new contract engagements, the directors believe that the previous uncertainty is no longer relevant and as such any reference to the
uncertainty has been removed from the financial statements’

In our view, this statement is an unambiguous positive in the investment case for ENET.

The basic fact is that two holders sold 80k shares today for just over £10k and we dropped 7%. It may seem silly but who cares? They sold and got a low price. It does not alter the fact that I think UEP2025 will be announced “soon” and then we will be on our way. Nothing has changed and we all still wait for what we have studied and analysed will be coming. Everybody is underwater because the market has put us there. The products are now ready. In a world that needs the most efficient 5G data transfer and we know we have that. Plus we have thankfully sufficient cash. If we were looking for cash now then I would be worried. That is why I made the comment earlier that the $2m from IG is not so stupid. They are underwater on their original investment but have given the funds to avoid a cash crunch.

I'm crying for 5G, they've got $2m at 10% off the lowest price we will see. That ain't too bad, for them.

Spare a thought for 5g IF. They are well underwater now. 5-6% what's their average; 30 something.
In fact everyone is well underwater. My average is around 23p and it hurts to be here. However I think that it's apparent that the future is very different to the past and sales will lead to a share price recovery. The important position to be in is when that happens you are in strong profit not just breaking even.
The share price will breeze through the 20's on sales news. If it doesn't the valuation is truly broken and that's the time to fill up in volume. Until we hear it will be painful.

Yes, although it's been quite a while since ENET was 'fun'
MR has sucked the life blood out of it, we're 5G's plaything now

Yes, it's absolutely typical for small cap techs in a bear market. No point worrying about it.

A couple of trades with no volume and this happens just like it does on the way up. It's worth focusing on what you do know right now.
I just sent more funds to the UK hopefully I can buy at 16p tomorrow

Yes, that's what happens to tech tiddlers that don't perform. No surprises really. We wait to see if they can make a fist of things in the 2nd half. Recent news was really quite encouraging, but the market needs to see $$$'ers. Plus 5G is looming over the stock, thanks to our financial wizard.

Who knows kcoweCertainly £12.5m m.cap isn't any money for the stage ENET are at.But when you've got the track record ENET have since listing combined with the financial acumen of MR it's a potent mix and anything can happen!

I have a business there. It's a very good environment. Huge support from Europe with many funds available especially for tourism. I accessed EU funds three times for €200k grants to modernise our buildings. Outside our hotel the EU just replaced the road.
When was the last time the UK accessed EU funds. They were always available, the rest of Europe joint fund everything.
I am applying for €15k for first aid courses for staff and an AED. It's easy just a few forms. Greece is a great place to do business and there is plenty of wealth.
I also do business in Italy, Malta and Spain. All are booming now.

Ah the Greeks.. that fiscally prudent bunch with the legendary spending power. Just sold 50k shares at 25p to buy them back cheaper, anything can be achieved with the right attitude you know.

PaTT the news wasn't definitive or near term enough.
It will come. In the meantime I will continue to add small chunks hopefully small enough not to move the price

We are booked this year above 90% until October week 3, then the Greeks will come.
However almost no UK guests. Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Holland are the bulk. We are not expensive under €200 a night but still no Brits.
I guess that they are saving their money for a rainy day, plenty of those ahead.

504, we had positive news that we believe. The market no longer believes any news from ENET that does not have £ figures attached. Does that give us an edge? Well…yes. If we think the news is truthful and that good news has been confirmed we load up. I am not loading up any more but I am adding to my Spreadex buy. I think we will all be happy soon. Subject to events.

PaTT is it me wrong or the market?? If we have positive news and buyers don't come is it me or the buyers that are wrong.
I know that only actual sales will move the market convincingly, a few pence is irrelevant
