Cyber, the valid concern bit was wrt MR entering into another agreement with 5G that potentially, unless there are stops and restrictions in place, could mean that 5G end up with a large %. That's the valid concern.I don't think 5G/ENET are acting in concert against the remaining shareholders in order to pull a stunt like taking it private.

cyberIt's a valid concern. Just why did MR 'gift' another $2m to 5G when they were already funded. That is a mystery, incompetence, 5G his mates or some other reason?Whilst the real identity of 5G is unknown, these concerns will remain.

My main concern remains that the mysterious 5GIF are potentially a secret concert party with the directors. If 5G force the share price down and nab 10-15% of the company for their $2m, they will have close to 20% overall, if they act with the directors then they will have over 29% and can launch a management buyout below 20p and steal the upside from shareholders, just as the commercial inflection point arrives...

QuantasIt ain't great but what happens to small cap techs in a bear market. Liquidity dries up, any selling and down it goes.If you're not on margin only thing to do is sit tight, or add if funds allow.

Could be right. 5G are no idiots, they made a fortune from ENET last year. Clearly they can bide their time and get in as low as they can.Then chuck'em overboard on the way up.Easy money for them.
