24/4/2021 16:13 | Looks like I got it wrong! Thanks. On the 25/9/20 RNS it says: "Concurrently with the initial investment, the Company will issue 880,000 new Shares to 5G Fund at nominal value, which Shares 5G Fund may apply towards the number of Shares that the Company is required to issue under the Agreement" Those were part of the first 1.335m. Anyway....we will find out and the deal was very good for ENET anyway (and hence for us). Cheers...good info to correct my misunderstanding. PATT | purchaseatthetop
24/4/2021 16:09 | patt - you missed a 1.814m issue of shares on Dec 18 RNS - the total they have requested to be issued is 5,151,105 which is 9.97% of the total 51m odd confirmed in the 4th instalment RNS. I admit its confusing because the issue of shares is out of kilter with the subscription for them.so either they have sold some or they are slow in reporting - it is their obligation, not ENET's to do so who cannot fore them to.look at Mr field who went over the limit in July and the RNS was issued in December.I wonder why they delay calling for the shares, since they are priced according to the 5 ex 20 days of their choice prior to requesting the issue, not on the subscrition for them. Te longer they leave the request, thye higher the share price and the lower the number of shares they get - curious? | donaferentes
24/4/2021 15:49 | PaTT You're using the wrong number of shares in issue at the time the shares were issuedEg, 25th sept, 1.335m issued to 5G, 41.7m shares in issue, therefore 3.2%18th December, 1.184m issued to 5G, cumulative 2.519m issued to 5G, 45.5m in issue at this point, holding is 5.5%.But as no TR1 suggests they've sold down or not declared. | astralvision
24/4/2021 15:42 | PaTT25th September 1.335m shares issued to 5G18th December 1.184m shares issued to 5GCumulative that's 2.519m on 45.3m shares issued at the time, ie 5.5%31st December 826,087 shares issued to 5GCumulative 3.346m on 47.773m shares issued., ie 5G have been issued with 7% of the shares. No TR1 has been issued. Conclusions? They've either sold down to be under 5%, or less likely 3%, or they've failed to declare. It's all a matter of fact really.None of the above takes next weeks 1.805m into account. That will be c 5.151m shares issued to 5G in total, for a current % of c 10%. Let's see if we get a TR1 next week or week after and what it's for. | astralvision
24/4/2021 15:36 | OK....5G shares: First tranche: 25/9/20 Issued with 1,335,130 total shares 47,713,150 2.7% Second tranche 31/12/20 Issued with 826,087 Total 2,161,217 total shares 47,773,497 4.5% Third tranche 4/3/21 Were not issued with share. Was a prepayment. Therefore no change Fourth Tranche 20/4/21 Issued with 1,805,054 Total 3,966,271 total share 51,665,225 7.7% Therefore if they have not sold any shares we can expect a TR1 fairly soon. They would not have had to issue ones due to the 5% rule for overseas (if I have that right). The shares "Admission is expected to occur on or around 26 April 2021" so maybe next week as they have not been issued yet. Anyway....that is my view. It was complicated by not being issued with shares for the 3rd tranche which makes me think they know the 5% rule which is why they had it as a prepayment. | purchaseatthetop
24/4/2021 15:23 | astral....they have to declare if they get to 5% as they are overseas. The most recent payment is a prepayment for which shares have not yet been issued. The shares just issued as far as I can see relate to the 2nd payment (it is complicated!). Therefore, my calcs are that they are due to issue a TR1 after the receipt of the most recent shares as this takes them above 5%.....phewwww.....t | purchaseatthetop
24/4/2021 15:16 | Nothing would be my guess. I'm not saying they haven't declared btw, just that that is one option. It's down to the holder to declare, ENET can't do it. | astralvision
24/4/2021 15:11 | What is the punishment for not declaring? | greg the grinch
24/4/2021 14:21 | PaTT5G is clearly supportive of the company but as they've been issued with 7% of the equity to date and we've had no TR1, I think we can safely assume they have sold shares. That is without next weeks issue of a further 1.805m shares.Clearly its been in a controlled manner and may well have helped in providing liquidity, but the fact remains they've been a seller, or not declared! Be interesting to see if we get a TR1 after next weeks issue, I suspect not! | astralvision

24/4/2021 13:22 | eeza....that would suit me! NT means price already rising. | purchaseatthetop
24/4/2021 13:12 | "I will be on my PC at 08.00 Monday morning." Surely, only to be met with NT only!! | eeza
24/4/2021 12:47 | eeza.....absolutely NOT. Yesterday I added 24,000 ITX during the dips and they are now mostly in the money so NAH NAH NEE NAH NAH!!!! Being sensible I am quite happy to pay the present market price to add on these share (I have paid out top money for all four shares I mentioned) because it is still ridiculously cheap. Just not quite so unbelievably ridiculously cheap as they were. However, these is now less risk attached to them so that makes sense. gregthegrinch....it is a valid point you make. What happens if a shareholder cannot afford the warrants as they are cashless? I really think that anybody with the warrants would have made plans for this eventuality and if necessary could go to their bank and secure a loan using the equity. I really expect 99.5% buy and hold. The fact that insiders are investing more money in share equity that improves the balance sheet liquidity without raising debt is incredible for us PI's. I expect a fast rise early doors next week. I will be on my PC at 08.00 Monday morning. | purchaseatthetop
24/4/2021 12:28 | I do wonder if some warrant holders will have to sell shares to buy warrants.Presumably less than they buy! | donaferentes
24/4/2021 11:46 | patt - Hmm.. could be a coincidence... I guess we might find out one day. I do wonder if some warrant holders will have to sell shares to buy warrants. Next 2 weeks will be interesting - might be a pullback, but less likely than last time warrants were hit. | greg the grinch
24/4/2021 11:33 | Actually Patt, that avatar is very apposite - you are now buying at the new (YTD) tops on ITX, AGL, ENET etc. | eeza
24/4/2021 11:27 | Hi purchaseatthetop. Thanks for the insights. | escapetohome
24/4/2021 11:10 | escapetohome....Greg Wyler and his associates in Tirana would have been aware that the ENET IP was very exciting and that Tirana had decided to build their global wireless offering on that IP. That exposes Tirana to additional risk in that what happens if ENET sells to a competitor or whatever. Answer...protect that relationship and also profit from co-ownership. These guys do not help ENET. They help themselves by helping ENET! That helps us... The Law of Unintended Consequences (which rules everything). | purchaseatthetop
24/4/2021 11:06 | Looks like the next place MTN will roll out Tirana Wireless IP is Nigeria. I also read somewhere a few days ago that MTN and another telecoms company in Nigeria had arranged to share each others wireless towers but cannot find it anymore. Anyway...Tirana will be busy! | purchaseatthetop
24/4/2021 11:03 | In other words 5G fund foresaw that Enet would be a very good investment and wanted to help as much as possible. | escapetohome
24/4/2021 10:56 | greg....if you were asking me about the 5G fund: Established 20/8/20 RNS issued for Share subscription Agreement 25/9/20 5G Innovation Leader Fund address also used by Greg Wyler who co funded Tarana as a startup. Therefore, putting incomplete data together it APPEARS that 5G was set up solely for ENET as it was only created a month before the share agreement and while the address Delaware is also used by Greg Wyler that does not prove that it is him. However Delaware is used because of the good tax regime in the State. IMO investing is about making educated guesses based on incomplete data that gives you an edge. IMO this data gives a 80% confidence interval that 5G will not sell one share. That makes a huge difference to the likelihood of a severe share rise very soon. | purchaseatthetop
24/4/2021 10:46 | Or this one | greg the grinch
24/4/2021 10:30 | The new ENET anthem. | greg the grinch
24/4/2021 10:28 | Nope, I am sittin and waitin. I have sold zero shares. :o) | greg the grinch
24/4/2021 10:22 | You haven’t sold already have you Grinchy? | collywobbler |
