It's to ratify Yosi's appointment From the rns(part)Notice of General MeetingMr Albagli's remuneration includes a portion payable through the issue of Ethernity ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") which, under Israel Companies Law, requires the approval of Shareholders. Consequently, Ethernity gives Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company, to be held at 9.00 a.m. (UK time) / 11.00 a.m. (Israel time) on 15 April 2021 at the Company's offices in Israel. The Company will use the opportunity of the EGM to also seek Shareholder ratification of Mr Albagli's appointment.

I note our esteemed pi dallo sounds particularly bullish this evening on t'other board ( L S E)Now if you're holding 2m shares, representing 4.04%, then one might say hardly surprising.All the same, good to hear, esp as he has more then put his money where his mouth is, in a very public way. And has recently added 200,000 shares to his stockpile.I sincerely hope he makes an absolute fortune! GLA

Welcome to the club, ohojim.I think it's a club whose membership may well expand rapidly in the not too distant future.Re 39p, bargainus! They floated at 140p a share coming up for 4 years ago, 39p is a trifle, £20m market cap, nothing!That's the premium to cash on a SPAC nowadays! Although SPACs do seem to be coming off the boil. The real thing is here.

this is a rare share for me which is the 100% retain/no slicing. Only ITX and ENET on my portfolio have that protected status. These are life changing shares if you get in early enough and although I already have a 16m by 6m saline pool I want a much bigger one.

astralvision, I share your angst regarding typos. Been bugging me since 18.41 precisely. Anyway I joined this lovely board today due to total FOMO, been watching for weeks thinking I can get in cheaper shirley, but no. So bit the bullet today at 39p and will add up or down, as I think this company has prospects that irrelevant of price, time will heal.

Great 3 days at over double av. Volume to break through the 11 month eod high of 39.0p. My guess is we'll also take out the intraday 11 month high of 41.0p tomorrow before some profit takers spoil the chart's monochrome progress. V proud to have timed my entry like a pro - with a little help from my friends St Patter et al. Exit is a different matter. I must gave missed that class.

pattI wonder if you would mind amending your post 320 so it reads above 40p, which I'm sure is what you intended, and not above 4p.I know it doesn't really matter but it might help me enormously as such minor things irritate me. I've tried getting therapy for it, but to no avail and it's just easier to deal with it as and when rather than sitting through hours of expensive therapy when I could be correcting minor mistakes on the bb!Yours hopefullyav

dplewis....thanks. Actually thinking about it I did buy a few months ago and then sold at about even thinking this is not ready yet. It was the Tarana RNS that brought me back as I read it and thought "well the share price is going to double now". Took a look later that day and NOTHING has happened. So....I thought this is madness. Time to go large on this share as it is a ticking time bomb now.

Well...it was. I was very lucky that for some reason there was a delay. I am also very pleased to have been able to bring some of my colleagues from ITX over here to share in the fun.

Haha nice work love it when that happens. I took part in the placing so have quite a few from 12p.. however I also took part in the IPO which was quite a bit higher..d'oh!
