Next week will be a strong ENET week. Incredible that the market cap is still so low. More warrant money coming in from insiders. Maybe an RNS for new contracts. IMO will be north of 100p in the next 3 months.

Why oh why are these dead certs sitting here for us? We must be lucky!

I used to have a record company for a band called Ozric Tentacles. We used to play there. When I was cool. Maybe.

Denim was invented in Nimes. That resulted in the "de nimes" shortened to denim.

Glad you are all enjoying yourselves. Costs me nothing and makes you money. To be fair ENET was not difficult to see that it was about to blow. Well, to me. The RNS about Tarana had no impact which astounded me. Free money I thought and who else likes free money.

In coming weeks on days when ITX does not make you money ENET will. STX may start next week. FDA approved medicine company that has just not got its act together till now and previous shareholders have paid the bill. Not week the BoD will show their plan is working. We found their recruitment in the USA. I have not gone massive (like I did on ITX, ENET and AGL) but still pretty heavy.

Please do your own research!

I have also followed the mighty PATT in here a few days ago. I have only taken a small position of 24,000 shares. Since then it seems to be heading in the right direction.

We all know that ohojim worships the ground PATT treads! Sometimes PATT jumps in with both feet, almost fearless in the face of tree shakes!

Is the ITX Club enjoying its trip to ENETland? It is a bit grayer in ITXland today so I thought the bright skies of ENETland would perk you all up. Remember to book a ticket or two to STXworld. Join PATT for a round the shares profit trip.

the poster dallo (who holds 2m shares btw) on L s E posted the following last week wrt the warrants, basically directors and staff could be investing up to £325K!

A very important point to note which should concentrate investors minds is the Directors and staff share of the now likely exercise of the 30p warrants.

Levi subscribed for c1.33 m and Barauch 333,000 shares respectively in the Placing last July and a further c500,000 shares subscribed presumably by staff.
Accordingly if the warrants are called via the accelerator clause in the Placing document, then Ethernity Directors and staff will be chucking in c£330,000 in cash on taking up the warrants ( subject to any amounts already exercised).

This will be a major statement of support by Levi and his team and will be a catalyst for a further rise in the share price if it happens.
I think I have got my figures right based on 1 warrant for every new 2 new shares issued.
Therefore
Levi.... 1,333,000
Barauch .... 333,000
Others... 500,000
Total new shares ...2.166m
Warrants 1 for 2
1.083m x 30p= £325,000

Yes, think it's fair to say that the warrant accelerator clause will be kicking in next one.As the directors have got substantial amounts of warrants, could be some impressive forking out by the directors and a great show of confidence in the company, if that indeed happensGLA

After floating at 140p back in June 2017 the shares peaked at just over 190p in July that year. Here we are, almost 4 years on. The situation now is so much stronger than back then. Yes, the delays to 5G hit them hard, but with multiple products, growing revenues they look set fair to beat those old highs by a good margin.ImoGLA

On the prompting of PATT I've decided to take a small stake here: 20,000 shares, which I have to say were not so easy to buy online without offering a premium to market price. This goes against the grain of my current tilt towards value, but it certainly has some momentum. The rest is a pure punt on PATT's good judgment.

I'm now expecting extreme upwards mobility, please.

No pressure.

With only just over 50m shares in issue then we are still valued at b*gger all.
I think this will be trading over £1 before too long, and the journey won’t end there!
Cheap as chips.
