Early April 21 RNS said 5,000 units for next 12 months. 2021 orders rose from $400k to $740k. Let’s factor up the 5,000 by the same factor. That is 9,625 chips being the $2m purchase order.

That is $208 a chip. But as the 2021 increase was most likely a simple update of how many they wanted in 2021 moved forward from 2022 we can be fairly sure that it is higher than that.
