Whether I'm a seasoned professional or not isn't something I'm bothered argue, but I've definitely never defrauded a charity.. Also patt is 100% dishonest about his logins - he's even admitted in the past to being behind "tinytim" .. he's just so accustomed to lying to people he can't remember what he has said.

The continued barrage of slander you are receiving is not about ENET
It’s about them being invested in companies you have highlighted has being frauds
BEN CHILL etc to name but two
Skid for example has what i hear blown over 90 percent of his cash
Fingers crossed for him, that OPTI recovers some for a retirement party.
Long overdue.

And by the way, Dplewis and skid are not “seasoned professionals”. They are sad vindictive cases who always attack the messenger if they cannot attack the message. Who also happen on this issue to be at a comedy level of totally wrong but cannot admit it.

1. 100% agree with bobarths 10.00 post on advfn. Read what he says I posted and read what I have actually posted.

2. Who to believe on rnss? Dplewis, a seasoned city professional with a leading institution or bobarth?

3. The thing with bobarth is he thinks everyone else is stupid. The early april rns forecasts units for the April 21 - March 22 period based on tarana orders at that point in time. Two months later not only would that have changed but the 2m is now for a completely different period of April 21 - Dec 22, with april 22 - Dec 22 monthly run rate surely a multiple of the april 21 - March 22 rate as well as in addition - and for a totally different quantity. So another pile of complete and total rubbish.

A little pathetic when he logs himself back in as other posters to agree with himself.

Not sure what he thinks he will achieve? Tarana appears a fantastic company and hopefully an order should give ENET some financially stability if DL doesn't f up again, but in the meantime DL allowing Bergen to continue screwing existing holders.”

27/5/21 RNS

“Ethernity Receives $2m Orders from Tarana

Highlights

· A total of $2m in customer orders from Tarana Wireless to supply the Company's ENET FPGA SoC;

· The orders include $740k worth of orders for 2021, c. 50% over previous expectations;

· $1.26m in orders for 2022, which may increase further”

So, in May 21 we receive purchase orders for $2m, less than a month after the RNS says they need 5,000 units over the next 12 months.

19/11/22 RNS

“Highlights

· Follow-on order after shipment by Ethernity of majority of the initial $2m of ENET FPGA SoC devices for the Customers' First-Generation FWA based station product”

So, come mid Nov 22 they had not even finished the original $2m order. There was no “multiple̶1; of the earlier run rate. This was smack in the middle of the components crisis where nobody could get parts. Tarana had delivered fewer base units than they planned, not more and we can see that by the fact the May 21 purchase order was still unfulfilled.

Clearly run rate rapidly rose after that as the components crisis cleared and they churned out a lot of units late 2022 ready for the Spring 2023 tower season.

1) it is not a matter of believing Dplewis or me. It is the RNSs that tell the tale. I quote them.
2) I have absolutely zero extra logins. Any approvals are third parties approving me.
3) perhaps skid should look at himself and assess who is pathetic.

Major news…..though I am sure the other news by the filtered posters is equally major….

BEAD funding rules used to be basically only available for fiber. Grants were easier through other parts of the $80b fund for grants like the $3b Tribal Fund but essentially the $42.5m BEAD fund was only fiber.

Now that is changing

“WISPA 'pleased'
In response to the NTIA's guidance, the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association (WISPA), which has been pushing back on BEAD's fiber focus and rejection of uFWA as a "reliable" technology, released a statement saying the group is "pleased" with the NTIA's position.
One concern for WISPA has been that BEAD providers would "overbuild" areas already served by fixed wireless providers – an issue which NTIA clarifies in this new guidance, at least when it comes to other alternative technology projects.
"The expense and lag to deployment of fiber have caused states to recognize the need for more flexibility in the program, a view WISPA shares. Alternative technologies can cost-effectively, rapidly, and reliably go where fiber economically cannot. NTIA's recognition that areas where uFWA and LEOs are already providing service and areas funded by government programs should be off the table for BEAD is a welcome instruction that states cannot afford wasteful overbuilding," Steve Schwerbel, state advocacy manager at WISPA, said in a statement, adding that the group would also file comments on the matter.”

This will turbo boost Tarana snd our broadband access solutions.

As I said. Skid hasn’t a clue, here, what he is talking about.
The next orders started months ago. Tarana are going to a huge IPO and ontop of sny Israeli issues, nobody will be allowed to release data that impacts on that especially where there is one ENET chip in each Tarana base unit or, as a mere supplier we don’t have a go to market arrangement so no RNS needed. If they know how many we are supplying, they know how many Tarana are making.

Skids latest.

Interesting reading Bobarths post yesterday, which says I have said 55 a chip is right which I have never said and questioned it - while quoting me saying the opposite.

After telling him the first thing he got wrong he's rewritten his numbers (again) as he knows 100% with his "most likely" scenarios. Firstly the $740k has now moved to h121 where it actually states an h2 delivery in the rnss with a massive pull forward of revenue rnsd for the following year pulled forward - numeric gymnastics which just don't add up.

On his 22 revenue assumption. Bobarth, you need to adjust for the r&d revenue which they have rnsd, which again changes everything.

It's amazing Bobath still hasn't cottoned on to the delivery of different products during this period at different prices. Also the price adjustment clause in the hw which may have increased prices which may now have fallen away. Buying COTS components, where you had no prior real customer relationship and then when you need 1000's in a short period would be 3-4x price.at that time.

I think when you're daily instructions are to pick Doris up to get her corns done but don't rifle through her handbag, your analysis skills aren't great and you start an argument in a telephone box with yourself.

Its important as it determines when the next order will be and the cash runway for other development s to mature.

I posted that because skid is still posting nonsense on LSE. Go and check it out and see what you think. He thinks 44,000 chips were delivered by 31/12/22 because their unit price was $55 because “DL told me”. Well, given what skid thinks of DL why would he believe that too? The RNSs say clearly that the first 5,000 chip order was only exceeded just before the end of 2022.

Let’s finally sort the unit price on our chips

6/4/21 RNS
“Tarana successfully completed field trials in 2020 and is now fulfilling orders from service providers for large-scale commercial deployments of G1, requiring supply of 5,000 units of Ethernity's ENET Flow Processor over the next 12 months. To that end, Ethernity has received initial orders for $400K to supply its FPGA SoCs, expected to be delivered by early Q3 2021”

27/5/21 RNS
“Highlights
· A total of $2m in customer orders from Tarana Wireless to supply the Company's ENET FPGA SoC;
· The orders include $740k worth of orders for 2021, c. 50% over previous expectations;
· $1.26m in orders for 2022, which may increase further; and
· Despite the challenge of the worldwide component shortage, the Company has secured supplies of required components for the remainder of the year.”

So, Tarana stated that they wanted 5,000 units over the next year and then place purchase orders for $2m so $400 a chip.

Revenue from Tarana from May 21 to Dec 21 was $740k
Revenue from Tarana H1 22 was $500k
So in H2 22 there was a balance of $760k unfulfilled.
The components shortage was easing and Tarana were picking up output.
Revenue H2 22 was $1.2m. So the $760k plus another $440k late on.

16/11/22 RNS
“Ethernity FPGA SoC selected for second-generation Fixed Wireless base station by an existing customer

Highlights

· Follow-on order after shipment by Ethernity of majority of the initial $2m of ENET FPGA SoC devices for the Customers' First-Generation FWA based station product
· Ethernity will provide ENET FPGA SoC device with networking processing functionality adapted to support the Customer's requirement for second-generation Fixed Wireless Access base station node”

So Ethernity had still not completely fulfilled that first $2m order for 5,000 chips by Nov 22. They received the G2 development agreement then but then this was delayed because Tarana decided to delay G2 till 2025. Therefore all revenue were just G1 chips.

This proves the unit price is most likely towards $400 though I say $250 to $350 a pop.

It’s getting more and more coverage. Tarana are breaking down FWA forever problem. Capacity. Coverage of this news is everywhere because it revolutionise mobile FWA

“Enter Tarana Wireless. They are working to help US Cellular increase its FWA capacity. If this works, I expect this relationship to not only continue but expand.”

I fully admit that I, like everybody else, got 5G wrong. But this might be even bigger and better
