Did I predict a big rise next week?? I don't think that I did. My view is consistent. Once we have news that adds revenue the share price will increase.

Obviously the $9m is achievable, it's not a certainty it depends upon many factors. I am hoping for $8-10m. Don't forget that they made this statement very early and so far it holds. As we know the recognition for the income is not upon payment but upon delivery so they could exceed $10m and book less. It's just timing and a guideline subject as ever in every business to many variables well outside their control.
It's not a promise or even a forecast it's a statement to say it's possible.

6.6 m shares at 2.8 p sets the price without news. No new news expected now at year end after DL comments. Hopefully upgrades on existing contracts might be shared. These will drift unless something is confirmed about the trials being undertaken.Still market believes Q4 with the annual slippage after that.

504 and I are right on the products, market and future. We suck at timing though! Still, I am happy to add and will do Thursday. Plus added a large Spreadex buy priced at 3.02. So in profit on that. Needs a decent rise to cover for previous buys though.

The Company has received an increasing amount of interest in its new products offerings. Therefore, the Directors remain confident of the revenue visibility for 2023 and, based on contracted orders and estimates of the potential orders that are under discussion with prospective customers, the Directors remain of the view that revenues of $9 million for 2023 are achievable, subject to the availability of components and customer production timelines. In line with previous financial years, revenues are expected to remain significantly weighted towards the second half of the year.It's this honest wording that tells us that 9 million is not in the bag. Excuse of customer delays and component shortages are flagged clearly, as is H2. All potentially ready to be used.

Why would you want to shake out Bergen over any other holder. Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. Bergen are just a shareholder. Shareholders come and go. Clearly they make money when the price goes up just like the rest of us.

The difference is that they paid in advance. They have some to convert but other shareholders still have shares to buy.

So they price was walked down to accomodate a 200k sell. Makes sense.....
3.02 and 3.15 currently. Obviously there's something going on in the background and despite modest buying it is still happening.
It will take a week or so to shake out the distractions
