The SYME share price has quadrupled in less than a month. I'm surprised Discofreddy isn't gloating about this on the ENET bb's! 🤣

PS being able to buy below the arbitrary mid price is often a prelude to a fall in the share price

Why would you want to shake out Bergen over any other holder. Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. Bergen are just a shareholder. Shareholders come and go. Clearly they make money when the price goes up just like the rest of us.

The difference is that they paid in advance. They have some to convert but other shareholders still have shares to buy.

So they price was walked down to accomodate a 200k sell. Makes sense.....
3.02 and 3.15 currently. Obviously there's something going on in the background and despite modest buying it is still happening.
It will take a week or so to shake out the distractions

504 and I are right on the products, market and future. We suck at timing though! Still, I am happy to add and will do Thursday. Plus added a large Spreadex buy priced at 3.02. So in profit on that. Needs a decent rise to cover for previous buys though.

Bergen have got 5 days to issue a TR1, if they are over 5%.
If no TR1, then essentially what they have been issued today is what they are holding.

One source will be the recent 3p Peterhouse stuffees. Stop trying to put a positive spin on a disastrous financing deal, there are always sources of liquidity that don't involve killing a rise dead with constant double taps

Astral I don't think even you believe that.
Bergen like these types of deals. They are not greedy and actually I can't find any where they have squeezed a share to the point of breaking. They obviously have a living to make and want deals like this in the future. This like a feedback rating promotes reasonable behaviour.
Ethernity have spent the money getting here so have to pay some time.

The liquidity will be needed for a sustainable rise. When it goes to 10p what idiot is going to sell on a trend reversal and a rampant open market. Without Bergen how will new money arrive. No liquidity and the MMs shut up shop.
The Bergen shares will fuel the rise in News days.
