Luckily I was not foolish enough to listen to the rampers and did not buy a few after the placing which was so obviously coming nor shall I until the Bergen overhang of US$1.5M is placed.

Better to cut your losses and wait until this has occured

The market will decide not the rampers on the other thread

Eddy re Vela being stuck in it for longer now. Are they in a hurry to leave? I don't think so. They will be converting their warrants later this year. They are not stuck here at all, this is an investment. It's an ongoing story not a one off race.

Tburns has it spot on. They all know what is coming. Bergen have 4m at 30p plus, 1.7m at 10.95p and now 6m plus at 3p. They now just want to share price to rise. No sales or double taps. Actually a major worry removed. They only converted 15%.

Chester the Bergen liquidity will be needed on the way up and for sure they will be selling with their customary double taps on the way up. It worked very well from 15p to 60p when they were positioning for the 5g mobile market.
So far positioning for the home broadband market has seen a 90% drop so it's massively behind the curve. Clearly without liquidity it cannot rise.
People will not be selling into a rising chart and new holders will come, without Bergen shares how can it rise.
Hopefully their next conversion is over 10p

I don't see why this should drop on an dnlsrged Market Cap they won't be selling into the market at this price and will wait for a substantial rise. Bergen are working in conjunction with the company here as it is in their mutual interest.

Post 17296 on April 19th you said the same, it's just guesswork. Ethernity don't need their "liquidity" .. they need the share price higher or they are stuffed. So when's the EGM to raise the authorised share capital from the current 200m..?

Exactly as I thought. Bergen playing nicely and only taking a small chunk to offset their huge losses so far. They will take more on the way back up at higher prices.
Obviously time is running out now for them to convert so I expect to see a 12 months extension.
They are fully entitled to take the same deal as others can have as they fronted the money long ago that got us here.
Their liquidity will fuel a sustainable rising share price from the obvious change of circumstances.

If the Sp hits 38 then Bergen make their 2.5 million back with this 6.6 million alone. The rest from the 2.5 m would be profit. If the Sp hits 19 then Bergen make 1.25 and still have lots of shares to convert. They have played a clever game, as long as ENET go forward.

You lot are living in cloud cuckoo land if you think that 200M shares is bad for investor's. Considering that's only 6 times dilution in 6yrs since this listed is a miracle compared to numerous AIM listed companies that have diluted by 20, 50 or more than 100 times over ;))
