The finaning has stolen value, when more shares are in issue , the value declines.

I hope you are right for all the shareholders.

What they need is one of the OEM's to land a substantial contract.

On the positive presumably Bergen and Milton think that is a real possibility, but despite the "encouraging posters" there is no evidence that this might happen.

The trouble is the "encouraging posters" have been promising us new contracts all year and promising no Bergen dilution other than at far higher prices.

A classic case of how over ramping and over predicting can cause more damage to the share price than good when the predictions fail to materialise and the market loses confidence.

They would be better off making cautious forward looking hoped for predictions or better off being patient and waitingfor them to occur and not posting that the new contracts are a done deal.

Any confidence is being destroyed

Eddy. I don't think that you understand any of this. Bergen converting doesn't make any difference. They could have converted the lot. At some point in the future like all of us they will sell. Like most of us that will be when they make a profit.
Their conversion makes no material difference to the company, it's just more shares issued today instead of some point in the future

Share Prophets running out of companies to target LOL - doing an article after a grand total of 6M shares issued LOL
By my calculations no more than 40M more to be issued to settle in full and that's assuming at this price.
Even it doubles from here at the point they convert the rest then we are looking at only another 20M roughly ;))

EddieWe all develop from someone's knowledge, someone's guidance, and experience. From it we learn and get better at it, hopefully. Most of shares are really dull compared to this one. Well done to you for having a go. If you wanted safety a cash ISA will lose your money nicely for you over the years when compared to inflation.
