Gordieduke2, if you had ever bothered to turn up to the AGMs you wouldn't have suggested that Aquilla and SPP are the same. Nigeria is clearly a tricky place to do business and many of us won't be investing there again but the assets held by Equator are still extremely valuable so the game is not over, particularly if Jaca 1 is successful. If you try and cast any blame on specific individuals then shareholders will be suspicious about your motives without evidence. Since Oando offered to buy back shares just before an unexpected dividend following the return of the signature bonus I know there is still the possibility of monetisation of the assets one day. I accept its not a good idea to hold your breath though.

Jeez, I thought I was annoying. I think it was all done and dusted before Wade. Oando didn't really shaft us, the damage was done way before. It was Rand, Dimmock and those guys running the scam before. They did alright, Oando neutral, shareholders lost. Follow the money. Where did all the money raised end up. The shysters running EEL had the cash. Oando ended up with the "asset" in a way it cost them nothing but then it might be worth nothing. Anything MrK, spp, rest of SLG, someone once known by aquilla who predicted 2 months about 10 years ago, now maybe known as spp, who seemed to appear when aquilla vanished, anything they have said has never come to pass. Bizarrely people still fawn over them. It was them that claimed this "nuclear option" that was more fake news which kept everyone dangling. It's now 16 years since the scam started to fall apart.

THE SHOULD HAVE INVESTIGATED THIS COMPLEX FRAUD BUT THEY WERE USELESS AT THE TIME.

I DID CONTACT THEM ON NUMEROUS TIMES BUT HAD NO LUCK.

IF THE SLG HAD THE NUCLEAR OPTION THEN ITS OBVIOUS FRAUD WAS DONE AND PRIVATE INVESTORS SHAFTED.

THE NUCLEAR OPTION WAS THE FRAUD OPTION.

I SPOKE TO HIM AS I MISSED THE BOAT TO SELL BUT HE SAID THERE WOULD BE A SURPRISE AND THE SURPRISE WAS THE DIVIDEND.

STRENGTHENING OF MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH APPOINTMENT OF PHILIP DIMMOCK AS CHIEF
OPERATING OFFICER



Equator Exploration Ltd. (AIM: 'EEL', 'Equator' or the 'Company'), is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Philip Dimmock as Chief Operating Officer. Mr.
Wade Cherwayko will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer.



Prior to his appointment, Mr. Philip Dimmock served as acting Vice President of
Operations of Houston-based Vanco where he oversaw all the Company's exploration
activities in Africa, including the recent drilling of offshore and deepwater
wells in Equatorial Guinea, Morocco and Cote d'Ivoire. Prior thereto, he served
for five years as Vice President, International Operations for Ranger Oil with
responsibility for the company's operations in the North Sea and West Africa.
Mr. Dimmock began his career at British Petroleum where he spent 26 years in a
variety of exploration positions. He currently serves as non-executive director
of Nautical Petroleum PLC.



Wade Cherwayko, CEO of Equator, commented: 'We are honoured to have Phil Dimmock
as COO of our Company. His industry skills and operating experience will be of
invaluable assistance as the Company advances into a drilling phase on a number
of its exploration projects during the coming year. '
