To answer Geordieduke's question regarding why the SLG would string people along and make them beleive in a Nuclear Option and that they were liasing on our behalf could be (I am putting forwards a fictional scenario) they had been part of a conspiracy to give time for the debt to wipe out any value for shareholders. If EEL was ever relisted we may find Oando coming to EEL shareholders to make up any loss and offer more shares that we, would have to pay for to take part in the relisting.

digger2779...... I was at a meeting where Pade Duronte stated that "you will be diluted out of existance" this was in response to a question regarding re-listing. I tend to think that 2LB may unfortunately be giving good advice.

The Nigerians were taken to court many times but they don't give a toss about the actual rulings because the whole system is corrupt and they know nothing will happen to them. They have scammed the money and either spent most of it or squirreled it away in some offshore haven where it will never be found or recovered. It might all be in the public domain but nothing will come of it. I was also scammed in Meldex MDX where untrue RNS's were issued but what became of that? Nothing, because the FCA don't want to rock the boat.
If this ever comes to anything it will only do so if the Nigerians can see some money coming their way even if it means having to stump up a little bit of it to the likes of us.

How much do they own us and where has all our money gone in the investment of OML 122.
All am saying if these Russian Oilgarchs can be sanctioned then it is a matter of time before the Nigerians are found out.

They probably have assets in LONDON PROPERTY and maybe rest of UK.

Fair comment exile but some of us are prepared to wait for 4.5 bn barrels of prospects to be proven up in block 5 in which case 11m debt compounded at 14% will be a drop in the ocean even if we have farmed out an 80% share.

toopoor, I used to call Oando but (i'm trying to remember the last time about 3 yrs ago) people on the other end of the phone didn't know anything about EEL due to personell leaving or moving. Another thing to worry about is the 11 million debt subject to 14 % compound interest that has been running all this time, it's a good way to get something for nothing, the British Gov are subjecting us (Citizens of the UK) to it at present
