If things were good in Italy , they would be anxious to share the good news ( a rare commodity here) . So the fact that we have heard nothing for 10 weeks since the idiotic Christmas offer , suggests all in not well . Turning into a bummer

Thanks. This contract was awarded without competitive bidding because as they say no one else is qualified to carry out the upgrade of the plant, sensors etc and software and integrate it all together. Same applies to mtnce.

So there should be a healthy profit margin to EQT.

This contract win has not yet been annouced by EQT but is significant.

EU4 million contract awarded to EQT from the University of Lorraine for modification and maintenance of their EQT pilot plant that conducts research into more than 50 different materials already tested for feed stock. It will keep the lights on for quite a while.

Most of the money Eqtec Iberia require within the next couple of years will come from here:



Explanation: For all the modifications concerned or the needs for maintenance, it is essential on a pilot of the size of the one used here to take into account the whole of the line of the process. It is indeed important to know that a modification on a small part of the process can have significant impacts on several other parts. It is therefore essential to have a perfect knowledge of the overall process and the interactions between the different elements, whether at the physical level or the regulation of the system.

In addition, each modification requires the addition and/or removal of sensors and control/command devices, opening/closing, etc. : it is then essential each time to modify both the data acquisition software in function, but also to adapt the supervision and regulation software of the device.
This same software also provides all the operating safety logic. Only the EQTEC company which designed and developed these two software programs can modify them knowingly and without risk for the users. Given the ownership of the control command and supervision software for the entire installation, EQTEC is the only company that can carry out this modification work.

Swazers who does TA commercially and posts occasionally on LSE has done a TA chart for EQT yesterday on request. It's a long video but his conclusions are from about the 13 minute mark.

He has commented on EQT TA for a few years both in the up trend and this long down slide. He has no investment in EQT.

He can't say if EQT will fall further despite the long period of consolidation where the share price is now showing signs of wanting to move up. There is plenty of support at lower levels. The price has recently broken out from a descending triangle and is moving above the 9,21 and 50 EMA's and could soon be challenging the upper level of the consolidation band (.3995p).

Fwiw top trend line is back to 4.5p which is not a target.
