So if they were paying 8% interest when rates were less than 1%, now interest rates are 3% and rising I wonder what the cost of the next loan will be !.
With NO income to cover basic costs, and too many projects eqt will need many more expensive loans.

9th December over 2 yrs - not too bad

Martin, just tells you that market is happy to take a reasonable chunk at a price above where 100s millions have been sold recently… May be a false dawn, but unlikely to take at a premium when millions from a big client to sell.

Looks like it to me to; even if there is another seller in the wings they're small fry compared to what we've had as the bid continues to rise to 0.291 sell side.
