Thanks Aja. Very positive video. Italia MDC plant working as intended up to the last stage of the Jenbacher 6-12 1.1 MW engine which should be started up next.

Woodchip/biomass feed/conveyors, dryer - all go.
Syngas production, filtration - go.
All ancillary processes - go
Biochar generation - go.
Need 3-4 days to stabilize the system before Jenbacher start up.

Should be producing electricity then with complete cycle.

I feel they know the technology, but construction, finance and keeping shareholder interest is beyond them. Unless they are smarter than they seem and a game is being played.

The main problem that EQT has is with finance for its own needs and project developments. Until this is resolved progress will likely be slow to a crawl as we have seen in the past year.

Projects financed to completion:
Italia MDC - start up in progress.
North Fork, USA

Updates are due on all these projects where completion dates given have blown out and are now undefined. Finance is to be announced and apparently needed for all of these:
Belisce MDC Croatia
Karlovac, Croatia
approx 11 Greek projects
Deeside
Southport
Billingham
France MDC

EQT has 2 developments underway in Croatia with one MDC nearing completion.

Partner spotlight. Synergy Projects d.o.o. is a joint venture (JV) in Croatia between EQTEC and local partner, Sense ESCO d.o.o.

EQTEC provides development capital, commercial and funding support and technology & engineering services to the JV and Managing Director, Marko Slunjski toward qualifying and pursuing opportunities. Minority partner Sense ESCO brings a development team and local relationships to generate pipeline and drive projects to financial close and beyond.

The companies have been working together since 2015 and the JV was created in July 2021 to co-develop projects in Croatia, starting with two, in Belišće and Karlovaç, both with EQTEC Advanced Gasification Technology.

Sense ESCO was formed in 2014 by financial and technical partners from Croatia, Germany and USA as an energy project management and development company. With headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia, the team researches, designs, finances, implements, operates and maintains energy efficiency, renewable energy and biomass waste-to-energy projects in Southeastern Europe. Sense ESCO has developed and commissioned or sold a number of energy projects in the region, all with significantly positive returns on investment over five to 15 years and with strong energy savings.

When this commercial production saga at the Italian MDC is finally over the company needs to update us on:

Croatian MDC.
Is it fully financed?
Detailed report on what is happening with its build.
Expected plant completion/live date? H1/23?

Detailed report on what is happening with its build.
When will the grid connection work be carried out by PG&E after years of waiting?
How soon can EQT funds be recovered from this project?

22/12. EQTEC's Italia MDC has now achieved mechanical and electrical completion.

All equipment has been delivered, installed and tested.

Commercial operations will commence early in the new year following final performance testing.

So final performance testing in progress?!
