01/3/2023 13:36 | Over 1 billion to sell - They may clear at or below the current sp, but unfortunately not taking that risk - Lots of potential, this market only getting much bigger - The green revolution is just starting - | tomboyb
01/3/2023 12:53 | SP down because of the spread. Bid and Offer has widen. MM wants to shake out weak holders. | cleverinvestor
01/3/2023 12:43 | If we don't get an RNS about Italy by the end of this week it will be squeaky bum time for me especially as I topped up yesterday! | vatnabrekk
01/3/2023 12:38 | Not the green tech that is withering but the companies trying to develop it. Won't get much help from UK govts but hopefully will elsewhere. Suppose the fact that Eqtec themselves are recommisioning some previous failures is a clue. "Rocket" well and truly straight back down to earth!! Fingers crossed for quick relaunch. | m4rtinu
01/3/2023 12:19 | Bought a small holding in these last year and it seems to be in continual decline. Been watching my main holdings and took my eyes off these! Has the green revolution withered or does anyone think there is still hope? | tygarreg
01/3/2023 12:18 | Various body parts crossed then ;-) | yump
01/3/2023 11:39 | Getting the latest misery out of the way before announcing Italy start up and share price lift . Well lets hope so | juju44
01/3/2023 10:23 | Steve - thanks - well put. Coat on - I exit. | folderboy
01/3/2023 10:19 | Folderboy. If what Rolf Geritsen, CEO of MNRG, said yesterday in the Stockbox interview about the Italia plant being operational, producing electricity and biochar was not true then EQT would be forced to issue a disclaimer. Which they have not done. Also he said the same thing last Friday, indirectly, in the Broker note. So the timing of EQT statements to the market seem to be based on: 1. Get the bad news out of the way first ie reporting today. 2. Follow with the good news on the Italia MDC allowing additional time since the start up to make sure any issues arising do not jepodise the successful commercial operations of the plant. | stevea171
01/3/2023 09:20 | If already agreed with the local DNO, yes pretty much. From December RNS: 'We expect early in the new year to carry out the biochar test required for the offtake contract and commence export of electricity to the grid under the existing power purchase agreement.' | aja2
01/3/2023 09:13 | Surely it would need to run reliably for some time, to actually be connected to the grid and generating revenue. Thats what the mnrg guy said. I don’t know the technical issues of grid connection - perhaps you can just flick a switch on and off when you fancy it, having set up an arrangement with the grid. If it works like a house with solar panels perhaps you can - its just connected and if the sun comes out, hey presto. | yump
01/3/2023 09:10 | So we rely on :- | skinny
01/3/2023 09:07 | Sums up the problem - we do not really know - and more particularly neither does the wider market. | folderboy
01/3/2023 09:07 | Sums up the problem - we do not really know - and more particularly neither does the wider market. | folderboy
01/3/2023 09:06 | It wouldn't be unreasonable to expect the company to run the system for a short time to ensure that it is working properly and not going to fall over before making an announcement to the world that it is fully operational. About a week perhaps? I don't know how long they would need to be confident that they've cracked it, but I'm certainly hoping that that's the reason for no RNS so far. | vatnabrekk
01/3/2023 09:06 | Has it been problem free and is it still running ? Amazing if all is going well and they wont officially say . I would doubt that scenario so maybe its not running | juju44
01/3/2023 09:03 | I know they did - but on has to work hard/search hard to find this. Why don't Eqtec announce this to the London market? | folderboy
01/3/2023 09:01 | RG already said Italy was up and running, connected and producing Biochar. | aja2
01/3/2023 08:59 | "Italy already is up and running" - I hope so, I think so - but actually do we really KNOW so? A terrible thought - maybe it was, briefly, up and running but is no longer so? You would have thought an RNS would surely be due from Eqtec. | folderboy
01/3/2023 08:58 | Either you’re inside, or you’re jumping to conclusions. What ?! Production waited until Altair sold or Align waited to issue the note ? | yump
01/3/2023 08:57 | Did altair say they were derisking ? | yump
01/3/2023 08:56 | Italy already is up and running. They waited for the Altair selling to finish and probably a bit of fine tuning as well as time taken to move from manual to automation production. | aja2
01/3/2023 08:55 | Italy being in production and connecting to grid is very significant for eqt and therefore would require an rns. To put it charitably, I reckon Align have had Chinese Whisper sources and haven’t actually checked the facts. | yump
01/3/2023 08:53 | Have you not read below the reason for why they sold? They just de-risked the loan. | aja2 |
