They have already been offered the total so one would expect the price not only return to yesterdays level but to surge ahead for they will certainy close a few pipeline deals faster from the stronger cash position.

UK caught sending plastic to Turkey for burning when it could be processed here by a world leading UK company, farce and anyone not backing Eqtec should be burned on a stake outside parliament, massive roll out in the UK looks like it will be announced within weeks, all aboard to destination carbon neutral Britain.

Hopefully no more funds to North Fork. A 20% stake is more than enough in this one project. They need to spread the funds as widely as possible to reduce risk and support different projects incl RDF.

Italy MDC handover on 22/6/23. share price still around 0.18p.

FY 2022 results out on 5/5/23. share price briefly down to 0.18p. Loss of c. €10m, incl one off hit due to NF. share price recovered to 0.20p. If outlook can be delivered on, we may be able to climb from here.

Wonder if part of the money is going to help finance North Fork. Would show further commitment to the project, help get it up and running quickly and become a showpiece for the US market and future projects.

There's no selling pressure and why should there be it's only a tiny discounted placing and puts £i5m in the bank to buy land to then announce a big rollout across the UK, top up while u can really.

I agree.
I think once this cash raise is out of the way next week (start of June) we will likely see the beginning of a tsunami of deal closures, new deal announcements, collaborations, including significant news of all kinds that we have been waiting for which will propel the company to the next level in the second half of this year.

These will set off within a couple weeks, i bought a few days too early, well over £2 once deal start to be announced, i have these as a billion pound company within 3 years.

From LSE: I suspect we will be looking at this raise directly financing the purchase and closure of the Billingham land, which could happen very quickly, plus the furthering of one of the other major UK projects, purchase of the other defunct plant and possible advancements in USA.

I think we could see this as a big benefit in only weeks, not months. Thinking about it more, this could very well be the RNS preceeding all those we're waiting for.
