Not a massive discount on yesterday's closing price and it enables the business to grow faster.Moving forward this is very good news.

Significant fund raise of £15M. It indicates to me that they'll be taking stakes in their existing and upcoming projects this year.

Bit wary of beyond meat companies, a lot of competition and not much of a monopoly, done nearly 5 year as a full convert and never tried one yet anyway.

Stick with EQT. One-off and recurring revenues will make it a cash cow, and there is a wide spread of projects and geographies, spreading the risk and enhancing the upside.
