Yes indeed Roger...looks more and more like a try on by Aries. It would be interesting to know the discussions that had been taking place prior to the claim that EQT have referred to in which EQT had tried to resolve it amicably.

halfpenny In relation to your 264 post which I presume was a response to my 263 post. Unless the matter is settled by the 8 October the claim will go on for months. As rogerramjett said in his 269 post the claim has not been served. As of when I last checked no certificate that the claim has been served has been filed. So it follows that the time for EQT to file its defence has not started to run. If that is correct Aries is now at risk of having sanctions imposed by the Court as the time to comply with current order in relation to the 8 October hearing may not be met.

By my calculations Aries has 6 days to serve the complaint and file the certificate of service. So at the moment the pressure is on Aries not EQT. I would point out that EQT has 30 days from the date of service of the complaint to file their defence.

Aries have only filed the complaint. They have not served the order. They have until the 9th of October to serve the order or it is dropped.

EQT have sent a letter with a robust response. Which, if I was Aries I would think very hard about the implications to my business and my patents if I were to lose a counter claim battle.

The word is kaput. No more. End of.

So stop your Bull 5hit about EQT responding as the ball is in the court of Aries who decided to start this opportunistic rubbish.

If I am honest. I hope EQT don't stop at closing the claim and end up turning the table. Now that would send a message. And you would be gone halfpenny with your tail between legs.

You answered my point. Unless we hear any EQT defence News before the 8 Oct the claim is still a Risk and hangs over EQT with 0.5p support being tested...the case can continue for months. Do u feel Lucky!!!

halfpenny In relation to your 261 post as I said in response to your request for information there is not going to be any news in relation to the legal claim until after the hearing on the 8 October. Although the EQT defence is likely to be filed before then I would be surprised if it says anything that is ot already in the public domain.

The legal claim is not the only thing that could move the share price so fixating on the legal claim will not help. I have read the claim and the risk of EQT losing the case is not as high as you may think.

EQT Fact... Eqtec Plc has a 4 week average price of 0.46p. i say once 0.6 has broken then it wont be long for 0.5 support being tested. Unless we get Legal Claim news...Still risky so be aware.
