GB. If you look at P2 and P4 summons have been served and received by North Fork and
Phoenix but not EQT.

hi stevea

Thanks for sharing. Those documents suggest EQTEC PLC are included?

ARIES GASIFICATION LLC
V
NORTH FORK COMMUNITY POWER, LLC, ET AL.,

So they are part of the ET AL.,

and each of the three companies are mentioned in the TO: part of the summons.

TO:
EQTEC PLC,
North Fork Community Power, LLC,
Phoenix Biomass Energy Inc

Do you see that differently?

It seems EQTEC is off the hook re the legal case by Aries in the US. Aries filed on 2/9 against Phoenix Biomass and North Fork Community but not EQT.

I know, weird isn't it. It's been happening for months now. Every single post. At least the rest of the BB is good.

Unfortunately not just this thread - its quite pernicious and a sad indictment of the modern World and in particular - AFN.

Have they not got better things to do with their time?

EQTEC – FURTHER ADDITION TO THE PROJECT PIPELINE
September 7, 2020

Valuation 1.39p – 140% higher than the current price.

ASSESSMENT
Yet another statement from EQTEC which goes to show that waste to energy projects are keen to use its technology solutions to run and improve the expected performance of their plants. It follows on from a similar agreement back in July for the Deeside RDF project whereby the company entered into an agreement to potentially acquire the project SPV and also apply its technology to significantly improve project economics and environmental impacts. Again, we do not include the latest project into our forecast figures as our model assumes that revenues are earned for services only and not via the acquisition of specific projects. However, project acquisition is an avenue the company is increasingly exploring and should this deal go through it will significantly positively impact the company’s financials.

Surprisingly, shares in EQTEC have slipped slightly on this statement, despite the company further demonstrating it has commercial projects in advanced stages of development. At the current price of 0.58p (down from a recent high of 0.825p seen in June) the company is capitalised at just over £40 million. On 16th July we updated coverage on EQTEC, forming a new financial model based on the increasing pipeline of commercial opportunities that the company has built up over the course of the year.

At the top line, we expect revenues to grow markedly over the next 3 financial years as EQTEC delivers on its project pipeline. Net profits are forecast at €5.3 million in 2021, rising to €8.6 million in 2022.
We consider a multiple of 15 times earnings to be a justifiable figure to use for our valuation, which applied to our 2022 forecasts and discounted back to end June 2020 at a rate of 12% derives a price per share of 1.39p – 140% higher than the current price.
While project delays are perhaps the key risk to our figures being met, further opportunities like ones at Deeside and Southport demonstrate that there is also the potential for our forecast figures to be increased.

We retain our stance of Conviction Buy.

Interesting spread 0.56-0.60p apparently the Mms don’t want to buy or sell?

Now 0.56-0.58p.

Agree . That is the strength of many of the up and coming hopefuls whose share prices are doing well - like ITM or PHE - they have found big backers ( Linde with ITM and Peel with PHE ) Eqt could do wonders with deep pocket support.

Nice to the share price pick up again

My opinion is that this RNS continues to demonstrate the increasing irrelevance of the US legal action to Eqtec’s continued progress.

Piggy-backing these projects where the planning has been agreed in principle (and surely no Authority will be stupid enough not to approve improved environmental concession), is the quickest way to get things started. Partially funding the project jump starts it (soft money following hard money and all that).

As to the SP; increasing revenue, not necessarily profits will probably move it. Still crazily undervalued IMO, I still hold a massive position which I will hold whatever the rest of the market does since this will thrive whatever happens to the economy in general.

Roger - because the market potential is simply huge.

People were saying exactly the same thing before the £10m raise in that their business model was self funding.

A large energy business looking to diversify could take EQT's technology off the market with loose change in their back pockets relatively speaking. Why would they not do so given the market leading technology.

Anyway lets see but i think this market is becoming too big and growing too fast to scale it organically.....

Roger , you are not correct . FTSE is up and the hydrogen sector having a good day . EQT fall today is just about EQT

The funding is used to gain financial close on projects where in most cases EQT may gain there initial costs plus 100%.

On financial close the project goes into construction which will be financed by a lender.

Why would EQT need a bigger partner to roll out project pipeline when they raised the capital to allow them to take a bigger piece of the projects by investing in them to financial close on their own ?

Large position here but I am starting to wonder if they need a bigger partner to help expedite roll out of their pipeline and prospects.

We are right in the sweet spot now with supposedly the best tech in the market, an ever growing pipeline and the hottest sector in town. First mover advantage will create significant barriers to entry.

That £10m funding might get whittled down relatively fast before material revenues start to land from the various projects in progress. Is this time to partner up with someone with deep pockets ?

I am chilled. Been waiting for over a week to add a few more. Being patient and taking my time.

News like this just adds value long term. Certainly not interested in buying and selling or trading this like some intimate. That is not my style.

Rampy. I dont think so.

You sound like you don't understand the size of the pipeline of business EQT have.

In a hurry ? What for ? Something that has a 12 month period of exclusivity.

What I do understand is that the whole market is declining and nothing is going up. I win either way. If it goes up, good, if it goes down good. I have cash to buy or I have shares to appreciate. If I was in a hurry I would give 2 5hits about the share price falling on good news, but I dont. So don't be so condescending.
