29/8/2020 08:58 | Good update, BUT a legal claim can still be made against EQT based on the foundation that EQT started and have benefited. Thats why there is a huge Risk still on the table. Still say support is 0.5p (halfpenny) | halfpenny
29/8/2020 08:15 | Halfpenny. Aries will continue to seek justice for what they feel is a patent infringement. What they must be careful of is Eqtec response that Aries did not invent and patent the technology in question and have proven that the 'patent infringement' is of technology previously used by Eqtec in 2005 onwards. This is known as 'prior art' and may lead to an invalidation of the Aries technology and end very badly. The other side to this is that Eqtec have since moved on from the 'infringed patent tech' apparently held by Aries in the US and have a more advanced gasification system which has no bearing on the Aries patent they picked up in a bankruptcy sale. They are very different things. Perhaps they are chancers and know this, perhaps they just don't understand the ins and outs of EQT world class tech and why it is superior. There are many people and businesses like this. If their gasificatio equipment was as good or even similar to EQT why is it not being used by the US customer ? Sounds like sour grapes but will have to be closed out. | rogerramjett
29/8/2020 07:05 | Ho ho ho MarvlFool at it again and clueless but good to see he is a strong follower!! There is a Huge Risk as the Legal Risk still exists. Dead Cat was a reality see Chart only if you can read one!! Tuesday could bring further bad news flow with claim materialising. Support at 0.5p ( halfpenny) | halfpenny
28/8/2020 15:36 | roger...I think he is referring to the paint chart he got from B & Q | marvelman
28/8/2020 15:26 | People buying on dips. Always a good indicator or progress. | wageslave
28/8/2020 15:21 | Halfpenny has zero credibility with his post history. 'tested in my chart' do you mean your Chrystal ball ? | rogerramjett
28/8/2020 15:14 | Heads or tails Halfpenny :-)) halfpenny 16 Jul '20 - 10:18 - 116 of 156 EQT have a very dark cloud with the USA claim which could still cost millions. But more importantly the Dead Cat Bounce to come so what is the next low, testing 0.275 is to be tested in my Chart soon...Very Risky so be aware... halfpenny 25 Aug '20 - 19:03 - 156 of 175 EQT have raised money into the bank with a very strong pipeline of customers. News coming soon about legal claim being dropped yes dropped. 2p target value short term. EQT are simply the best. halfpenny 28 Aug '20 - 14:10 - 175 of 175 EQT still on the Edge and Risky... the long weekend wont help as USA legal news maybe after UK market closes as they did before!!! Too Risky an can drop very quickly. Support at 0.5p (halfpenny) | marvelman
28/8/2020 14:10 | EQT still on the Edge and Risky... the long weekend wont help as USA legal news maybe after UK market closes as they did before!!! Too Risky an can drop very quickly. Support at 0.5p (halfpenny) | halfpenny
28/8/2020 11:43 | Shysters. I am satisfied with EQT's response. They had it earlier. No two-farthing de-ramper will scare me out of this. | isambard1
28/8/2020 11:37 | I did tell you...the halfwit has always been a farthing short of a halfpenny. Worthless posts as he has clearly demonstrated. | marvelman
28/8/2020 11:31 | Oh my god, Same 5hit post as yesterday. Get a grip half penny. The bad news is already factored in any way. If this ever goes away the US based projects will then be factored into the share price and it will rise. What is their claim against ? outdated technology that EQT have now made superior. They sound like a bunch of chancers. | rogerramjett
28/8/2020 11:11 | Agreed but who can blame them with a 50% profit in 6 weeks? Just feel that it’s a pity DP took as much as he did. Would have been so much better if it had been kept tight and only placed with proper institutions and nit with “Stag Brokers.” He then could have come back a second time again to proper folk. The good thing about this stop start morning selling followed by PM buying is that it’s tidying up the share register at a rate of knots. Which puts the stock in a good place for the next series of announcements. So funding is done and we now have a fully capitalised company ready to make money after completing 15 years of R&D development and testing. In truth this is the point it should have been put on Aim at a £300m market cap which is 4.4p. | davidblack
28/8/2020 10:51 | Too many sales . Still profit taking from the placing | juju44
28/8/2020 10:17 | EQT may hear bad news about legal challenge, Friday is when the bad news flows. Support 0.5 lets see... | halfpenny
28/8/2020 08:58 | Yep, the real spread is 0.64-65. | aja2
28/8/2020 08:52 | Are this mornings trades around 0.648p buys? Looks to me so with market makers theoretically offering stock at 0.66p they seem to be trying to hide buys as sells with the really sell at 0.64p. Looks like the mms may have a good buy order who they are quietly filling? | davidblack
27/8/2020 21:45 | Sharon .... looking forward to your post at 0.45 - you may have some time to contemplate its content ;) | gottopickapocketortwo
27/8/2020 21:03 | Half penny is a full penny short of a pound imo | gottopickapocketortwo
27/8/2020 20:53 | Halfpenny is probably the same nutter that's on LSE. Forgot to take his medication! Filtered both sides of his personality now, unless??? | crosschris
27/8/2020 20:04 | Interesting answers guys .. Thank you I will do more research on the gap. GLA | huntgs
27/8/2020 19:49 | halfpenny. Are you feeling OK? Literally the other day you were quoting 2p and legal case dropped. Are you diagnosed bi-polar ? | rogerramjett
27/8/2020 19:42 | EQT looking bad as it turns Down today. Its now how low. The Legal claim against them provides a huge Risk. Friday is when the USA legal team release negative news so be aware. Low support 0.5 or less if its Bad News Flow... | halfpenny
27/8/2020 19:35 | Suffice to say that gaps don't always close 100% of the time . Depends how large and if news takes it way beyond but generally they do. | flashheart
27/8/2020 19:32 | As good as anywhere to start :- . | skinny |
