If we're going to hold the trend of higher highs and higher lows this needs to start moving back up again now. Irrespective of the Aries debacle, DP and the team are obviously still working behind the scenes putting new deals together and building strong alliances for future projects. Buy when others are fearful!

General market sentiment and lack of clarity over the infringement claim, general de-risking all round.

Think we could be on a bit of a down trend in general. Not just EQT but everywhere.

Blowing the froth off. Tesla down another 16% at one point.

Second wave in COVID19 on the horizon.

Don't like to sound like the monger of doom but things may get ugly again. I am personally down 15% this week. Have cashed a few positions to make use of this in places I genuinely believe in.

Unfortunately, this is coinciding with a bit of a market sell off and I just feel investors are a bit spooked by it all. Looks like a few are selling out or de-risking.

I will only be adding now but will be trying to time this just right.

Seems the share price is below that which it was the day before the Greek financial close so nothing in it at all now for that or Stockport.

Work that one out. I can only suggest that the US scandal created by a bunch of chancers is having an effect and has contained the share price growth and will continue to do so until resolved. Whenever that may be ?

Some investors need to grow a pair. Buy on any weakness and put the spurious legal claim into context.

This has been known since January .EQTEC staff still bought in July . It's an inconvenience yes , but it only relates to one small string in an ever increasingly large bow.As the Americans would say ' this is small fry ' and shouldn't be allowed to overshadow the staggeringly food progress this company is making.Their not worried , I'm not worried . Onwards and upwards imo

Looks like the hot traders have finally departed.

Two nice bits of news re Greece and Southport have not moved the stock up which is strange.

Looking for 1p by Christmas though and don’t see minor US issues stopping that progress as more deals roll in.

Steve. Earlier post written shortly after the story broke suggested that Eqt were being represented in the case by a top US commercial law firm.

All, TOO RISKY AGAIN, I have also dumped my shares and agree we need clarity on the Legal Claim as I have always said. Now looks too Risky again with a 0.5p support tested or less if we get further bad news flow. Remember I did tell u first......and you did not listen!!!

Stevea..I am not an expert on patent laws particularly when applied internationally and if I do not understand it I prefer that someone who does understand it to clarify. Its a real shame that this has muddied the water. What an opportunity to be in this company at the virtual bottom. I will wait a little longer now unless I can clarification as to the legal position as it applies internationally.

Its not 90 days it is 60 days which was yesterday from 9th July

The 90 days are up as of yesterday.
US courts don't have jurisdiction outside the US.
Aries doesn't have a case against EQT who have advised they will counter sue Aries who may then lose their patents.

I would think it more likely that the summons should be served at the registered address but in any case we don't really know until the 90 day serving requirement is passed and confirmed by EQT. for the sake of another few weeks I would rather sit it out. I am still unsure as to why this breach only applies to the US construction. If it is a breach of Aries technology then it surely should apply to all other sites outside the US...unless it is a breach peculiar to the North Fork facility.

Marvelman. I assume EQT have a US rep and address who is coordinating with the others on this project and other projects not yet announced.

In both cases the summons read:
Hand delivered, accepted by GJS, Registered Agent at 4.47 pm at 425 Sitka Drive, Walnut Creek, CA

There is no summons hand delivered to EQT at the above address for the Agent acting for this group.

stevea...that may be due to the logistics as the other served entities are US based. It may be that EQT are served separately due to their UK location. It would seem they mean to push on with their claim.
