31/1/2023 11:00 | I listened back to the IMC presentation. As I understand the responses given in the Q&A section, they expect to be in Norway for almost 2 weeks. They plan to issue an initial RNS when they have confirmation that the system is working and they would then follow that up, probably 2-3 weeks later, with the full test results. | 1gw
30/1/2023 21:46 | Good spot. Drilling through Solid granite, quite something. | valuehurts
30/1/2023 11:18 | Xrig posted (3 days ago) that they are now drilling. Could NTQ be the client, or one of the clients, for this well? If not, will NTQ have to wait for this test to finish before the SABER test can begin? (All assuming that they are using Xrig.) "We are extending one of our wells from 466 meters to almost 1000 meters. This is performed testing new directional drilling equipment for our valued clients." | 1gw
26/1/2023 18:15 | And I suppose you could read something in to the like from a Deloitte M&A manager on that post, if you were so inclined. | 1gw
26/1/2023 17:45 | Thanks mr doughnut. Good to see the update even if clearly we're now in "months not weeks" territory. But so long as they're sounding confident and the lights are still on... | 1gw
26/1/2023 17:25 | Yes, that's the reason. Supposedly ahead of schedule but taking a long while. | p1nkfish
26/1/2023 17:18 | Here's the answer to your questionhttps://www. | mr doughnut1
26/1/2023 16:21 | P1nkfish, why do you say that the field trials have not started yet? Have you spoken to NTQ? | somerset lad
26/1/2023 12:31 | Field trials have not started yet. I do think there is a chance of M&A much sooner than any of us think, just imho. | p1nkfish
26/1/2023 12:04 | Based on the fact that Neil Bird has liked a couple of their linkedin posts recently, I guess Xrig may be the testing company Enteq is using for the SABER live drilling test. "Xrig AS is an energy and technology commercialization and well simulation testing center. We offer our clients the ability to test and qualify their technology with the aim of perfecting their technology portfolio." "SOME OF THE NEW TECHNOLOGY TESTING PERFORMED o Rotary steerable systems..." | 1gw
25/1/2023 09:11 | Anyone know what temperature their Geo-thermal can operate at? I gather nowhere near 374C, probably 250C maximum?? EDIT - 175C max on SABER. 374C+ ideal for high pressure steam. Iceland & Indonesia are not normal cases. Market may not go to drilling for the very high temps - more toward electric erosion, research ongoing. Drilling to some depth then alternative techniques take over for the very high temperatures. If they could get to 374C+ at NTQ (with lateral capability) this would be worth a fortune very quickly. | p1nkfish
24/1/2023 19:51 | Holding, no desire to sell. Need more proof of execution though. Only results matter. | p1nkfish
24/1/2023 19:17 | Can you guys imagine if we get a great RNS. There will be literally no liquidity. Out of interest who here would sell if the stock doubled from here? Who is looking to hold for the long term? What is everyone's strategy here? Personally I am looking for a multi year holding period | valuehurts
24/1/2023 12:36 | Not sure there's anything new on the site as of today, but checking through what's there I noticed a couple of things on SABER I hadn't noticed before: A detailed technical data sheet showing 3 different versions of the tool ("500 Series", "700 Series" and "800 Series") An FAQ answer on validation which states: "All modelling and testing to date support that the approach will provide adequate sideforce for directional control in line with the existing system in the market. The final acceptance criteria will come during the scheduled downhole trials in Q4 2022." Don't know when that answer was penned, but at the time it appears that they really did hope to get things done by the end of the year. Here's hoping they're just writing it all up now ahead of publication. | 1gw
24/1/2023 11:39 | FWIW I emailed the company and I have just been told that the website problem has now been sorted. So hopefully we will be able to see it again soon. Edit: And indeed, I can now get in. | 1gw
24/1/2023 05:56 | Websites are basic, nothing to do with being a nanocap. If they can't keep the website up what else are they dropping the ball on? | p1nkfish
23/1/2023 23:31 | Pink you need to relax... if you want clarity and immediate information you shouldn't be investing in Nanocaps.. This is a high risk investment... | valuehurts
23/1/2023 17:02 | Perhaps suggests it isn't a planned outage. I suggest they're not likely to have paid for a particularly fast "emergency" response time from whoever looks after their corporate website. | 1gw
23/1/2023 16:36 | Good thing they don't take orders off the website. It's still down - 3 days now. A planned update to a simple website, NTQ's is simple, shouldn't take 3 days. | p1nkfish
22/1/2023 23:50 | Probably closed the website down looted the treasury and run off to Marbella... | valuehurts
22/1/2023 14:54 | Meanwhile, property listing appears to be "live" again, $2.75m headline on the listing, but down to $2.68m on the marketing flyer linked on the listing page. I had trouble with pasting this link, so you need to replace "zzz" with "com" to make it work: | 1gw |
