Yes not equity investors. Debt finance is the important part to minimise any equity.

The time is right now to get this project in motion and the shareprice rerated. Renewed talk on the previously mentioned debt finance would go a long way to helping.

This from Andrew Hemphill on Twitter:

'#Russia's @UralkaliNEWS has AGAIN smashed the ceiling in #Brazil, selling 10K granular #potash at $600/T CFR, arriving July. Double the price seen in January. Concerns on #Belarus sanctions and tight supply supporting arguments. More

Now at what price was Khemisset IRR calculated?

In many years of working in the African ag space, I am definitely seeing a significant change in appetite for financing of projects in places one would never imagine in the past. And this is for projects that have massive capital expenses and low payoff such as cotton spinning mills, logistics parks etc. There seems to be limitless budgets for agencies like the unfortunately-named GIZ (German Development Bank) in smallholder ag projects. The theme is to support agriculture in an geography that is extremely prone to mass emigration.

So I have zero concern that a project with relatively low capex and very quick payoff in a relatively stable country with relatively extremely favourable logistics is going to be financed.

I guess at risk of stating the obvious, we're only interested in resultant share price from ESIA, Finance, construction and production. I'm certainly happy to wait another 2 years or so for production to start. I'm getting on in years so can't see me here in 5 years time but good luck to those who will.

At the time of writing, I actually have no idea where the share price might go with the above news. I have hoped by now we'd be well above 5.5p, but as that's not happened, for me it's a wait and see. APF's post form a couple of days ago reads very well. Longing to see that "multiples" day!!

Indeed cottoner. The project will 99% be going ahead. The only question remaining is what benefit shareholders will get... a combination of the financing terms and the successful construction.

EML just tweeted

Emmerson is in the process of recruiting a Project Engineering Manager.

The individual will be responsible for the successful integration and delivery of various design packages with a focus on ensuring suitably constructable design packages and readiness for operations.

Draw your own conclusions.

The stagnant shareprice is nothing to do with the product, project, asset or company. Its everything to do with greed and manipulation by a portion of investors who think they deserve to be part of a placing to line their own pockets at a low price. That is whats holding the price back. When we snap out of the manipulative hold of that small group of people, the price will rocket by multiples.Good luck.

Thinking aloud I’m happy we have an enviable product which appears to becoming more valuable by the day almost. My worry is the current stagnant share price if it doesn’t start moving with ESIA approval then I fear we might have the sh*t diluted out of us with a finance deal. I do think Hayden will have us shareholders in mind with regards to a deal but his hands might be tied.

Anyone else feel the same or am I just being too pessimistic?

With the potash price going through the roof, does anyone think there could be an option for getting some sort of production going inside the proposed 2 year build timescale? I'm not an engineer hence the question but surely the sooner we can take advantage of the soaring price the better.

Yesterday, COVID restrictions were lifted in Morocco, finally allowing business meetings to take place. After communicating with Hayden and Graham, I can confirm that the ESIA is now imminent. The ban on face-to-face restrictions, had been slightly delaying this. RNS very shortly!
