05/1/2015 11:50 | No mention of EMED in that 'copper sees red' article on ADVFN. | poleaxe

05/1/2015 11:11 | Frog compaired to the three big holders then yeah there is nearly 50% minority shareholder! | deme1
05/1/2015 11:08 | "To listen to the interview go onto the emed lse chat site and click on the media icon. The interview ends with Alberto being wished a happy xmas so I think it was done on the 24th." It's still Christmas in Spain. A big day is Three kings Day tomorrow. | lost horizon
05/1/2015 11:06 | Or maybe since the Spanish have their bigger celebration on Jan 6th it is still xmas there! | electricplug
05/1/2015 11:03 | Mr O Thank you for your reply. I thought Sloworm was very open and informative.Much to the dislike of some posters here. Some posters just wanted to hear what `they wanted to hear`.Some posters kept on and on about Trafigura, what they were going to do,much to the merriment of some! Still, it takes all sorts. ATB L33 | lanty33
05/1/2015 10:58 | C@P Do not understand your`lost the plot` remark.Please elucidate. | lanty33

05/1/2015 10:57 | Here's one point. At around 4 minutes in AL is asked what sort of people he is looking for to bulk out the board. AL points out that the 3 main shareholders have representation but some 50% of holders are minority shareholders and he wants somebody on the board to represent us. | lost horizon
05/1/2015 10:53 | ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Bookworm has my vote :) | deme1
05/1/2015 10:51 | thanks Deme. Webcast is here: What happens after permits? We can start mining. We currently have permits to construct/repair/pre What else is required before production? need to complete repair/preparation work. What is happening at the moment? It is a large installation that needs to be checked/repaired. lots of people on site. Last few months has been incredible. About the loan last month? The work requires payments. Interim loan to continue at normal pace while discussions continue about financing What sort of individuals would you like to see on the board? Representation from global shareholders. Technical people/supporters. People with financial/technical skills. Representation for minority shareholders (~50% shareholders). What do you think of relationship with Traf and other cornerstone investors? Supportive. Discussions ongoing. Delighted that they are supportive, there to finance at critical time. we are a lucky company | duchaf
05/1/2015 10:50 | Great to have more positive PR from AL. Interesting he mentions board representation for the smaller shareholders, doesn't sound like a company planning to delist. Zangdook, I think Van is talking short term placing price. | mcluvin
05/1/2015 10:31 | Just noticed we have a media update over on lse. as usual my samsung will not let me listen in. Can someone post any info worthy of being mentioned thanks in advance | deme1
05/1/2015 10:07 | vanhelsingjr Do you think there's no longer any upside above the expected placing price of 7p? | zangdook
05/1/2015 09:58 | Van, Trafigura is certainly now the main player, but they are not, imo, in a position to have everything their own way. They are the largest individual shareholder, but can be outvoted by the other two. As such, they are entitled to their share of the goodies. Van, what, precisely, do you mean by 'they will win the finance battle'? Also, are you suggesting that they will get more than their shareholding entitles them to? | scrappycat
05/1/2015 09:45 | Van what is your exit price? It will be a shame for all involved if we do not reach 15p atleast. Most projects you expect a spike to all time highs when fully permitted, too much mess with prt though. | deme1
05/1/2015 09:44 | thanks parki, in fact I only penned two poems that mentioned "ploppy". You seem to dedicate a reasonable amount of time posting criticism of my style. If you dont like it then you can use the filter button. | frogkid
05/1/2015 09:42 | Worms lost the war, because HAA, RB and JL lost the control. Nobody is paying now his salary. The war against DTB and Trafigura supporters has no more sense because Trafigura is the main player in the new game, they won the board battle, and they will win the finance battle. Permits will arrive on time for a production start before the end of the year, the finance will be in place (mainly through equity) when needed as it was trhough the bridge loan. Nothing is worrying us, prt is finally in the right track. We insist, if your average is below 7p you are in the numbers, otherwise you have to reduce your average buying at present levels. Do not expect impressive news from resources, as explained several times the RT people, working there in the past, were not idiot. 2015 will be wonderful. | vanhelsingjr |
