Alitalia has always been bust. They are perennially bust. Omnibust.It is possible that some carriers may hit difficult times soon, but what matters is which ones survive. I think Easy are likely to be a surviver. Low costs. Very well trained pilots. Economy of scale. Young aircraft. Single type.All these things are good.

STRONG DEMAND - not surprising given the PRICE WAR and the cheap fares.

The moment they start pushing up prices, demand will slump....

Over-expansion. Too many seats. Too many new planes.

Filter Quepassa the doom monger if you've not already done so.

Most of his melodramatics and highly repetitive posts are based on cheap links to the Motley Fool, newspaper articles written by office juniors, or when desperate mentions of Liberum ;-)


And remember he and his mates are those who are the ones desperate to close their short positions - so don't believe a word of what he posts !!!

Down 6% already.

With the market assimilating those RECORD LOSSES and thinking about the DIVIDEND SUSTAINABILITY GOING FORWARD, the OUTLOOK for the share price looks very worrying to me and in my view subject to significant downside potential.

VERY NEGATIVE NEWS.

The sector is reeling from multiple adverse issues and likely to deteriorate further.

Thought I would take a peep today. I see QP continuing with repeating himself . Too much action with shorts closing on drops to get out etc QP the losses were actually listed by some analysts so stop that nonsense.

Sorry guys regardless of results sometimes we need a tree shaker. Ok the results are as predicted no big headline news there. Business as usual. Whilst Q is hoping to hit 100p a share I'm patiently waiting for the right moment to pay back. Yes I sold out and share price went up a bit more but it's back in my top 5 to watch. If the share price hits my target I'm certainly back in.
