It's a her Andy - and yes I'm looking 1,2,3 years ahead - as does the market and fund managers, insti investors. It's obv escaped your notice but the share price has ALREADY been hit hard and is now priced too low in light of actual events.This is why you said earlier the price was going lower - you made the newbie mistake of not understanding how the market functions as a discounting mechanism.There is also the huge attraction of the divi yield here. It really is a very attractive investment at current levels.

When I look at the results I just think what a great resilient company. All the troubles it's had this year from no fault of its own and it's still going strong. Growth continues to increase, all very very good! And what a dividend, very happy!
