'I am merely a messanger of the facts'

LOL - a typo in their Deano. Also why not remove the 'n' and you might be more accurate.

Petar Cvetkovic, Chief Executive Officer of DX commented:

"We are delighted to launch as a public company today, and are particularly pleased with the strong show of support from institutional investors which is testament to our future prospects. The successful completion of this transaction enables us to continue to focus on market leading Customer service and growing the DX brand."

No retail interest in this prior to today all fund held.

One funds bails and its like a pack of cards with little retail interest to pull it back.

Its not a horrendous announcement, maybe worth 15-25% fall but this is way overdone.

Will a large percentage of that final div that's being paid on Monday be reinvested? At the moment it amounts to 10% of the mcap.

I am looking at this company for the first time and it appears all the big name institutional guys have been hit here.

I am told not a single shareholder went to the Agm on Monday but even more strange that the Board were not organised and aware of trading enough to do an update at the Agm ?

They may have had to face public questions but surely they had a board meeting on Monday and discussed trading which did not change in the last three days....all companies have board meetings on the day of Agms ?
