the final dividend for 2015, even if paid for the whole of 2016, is 12% yield.....it will be cut again by at leat 60%

Divi means nothing. The date has passed so if you are buying now you are in a position that you hope they declare one next time around. Looking at the trading statement they might well not.

Loverat The company this morning had a market cap of £170m and it's now £45m!! They stated new contracts had been signed and this business was profitable - they're paying a Dividend, have cash in the bank and reduce debt from strong cash flow by 85%Sorry mate but it'll bounce.Got nearly 200k now, happy to keep adding and yes contacted Bob regarding a pending clarification

Agree - it will bounce at some point soon but probably not today. Has already fallen hard and I think it is overdone even in the current climate of big falls on bad TU's

What do the board have to clarify though?

Cash I agree with you and if it was that bad why are they paying dividends next week. Glencore cancelled their division last month. All these dividends will be going back in to the stock at these cheap
Rices. Expect a busy Xmas and big contracts like the company announced.

LoveratWell 25% of the companies share capital has been "traded" and I don't believe for one second all the II's have bailed. As stated earlier there's clearly a concerted attempt to now short but these will close and considering I'm expecting the Board to clarify the situation first thing Monday, let's see where the share price settles over the next few days. I'm taking more now as the bounce north will be fast and hard. Deano, good luck waiting for 12p...

Took my medicine on this - down £1.5k. Maybe need to accept that I'm an investor, not a trader.
