Perhaps they did not expect the 73% fall after the RNS that stated the 2.5p div, but that's a very good point.

If DX were thinking of a "placing" of ordinary shares to bolster the balance sheet, they've shot themselves in the foot with the forecast of a 2.5p dividend.

They could not issue new shares which would cost them 10% to service.

If cash-raising was needed, a convertible loan issue to their institutional holders will be the route.

Hss is very weak compared to this in fact if we are using that for a comparable this should have a greater mcap.
